Scam. Looting and blocking people\u0027s money in the name of Economic crisis. Hiding the scam in their fine print and offering Free Cancellation. Should never ever use their service. The customer service is a joke and when confronted they said \u0022we should have mentioned it in the main page itself\u0022. But they are never going to do it since this is how they can loot people\u0027s money. The cancellation was done well in advance (more than 50 days for the trip to commence), but still they are not willing to do the refund

Трансфер не выполнили. Деньги не возвращают. \u0022Повесили\u0022 их в личный кабинет. Принуждают заказать новый трансфер, иначе никак. Ссылаются на пандемию. Считаю мошенническая схема: несуществующие водители не исполняют трансфер, который был заманчив по цене. Нашими средствами пользуются, \u0022повесив\u0022 личном кабинете \u0022возврат\u0022. Принуждают заказать новый трансфер. Вот тут то уже и нет заманчивых цен. С апреля месяца мониторю. Любой таксист возьмёт вдвое меньше. На все письма отписка на пункт 4.2 пользовательского соглашения. Будьте осторожны!

I booked a return transfer from and to Palma airport in October 2020. Neither of these turned up, waited 40 mins at the airport and 30 minutes at the hotel. Following the original booking I had to make numerous changes due the the airline and the hotels either closing or changing their dates. I then had to pay out 40 euros per journey for local taxis. As the changes were sometimes made at very short notice I contacted the carrier directly and this was according to this company was against their terms and conditions and have refused to do anything about this. Disgusting customer service ( do not use these cheap transfers cheap service.

L\u0027autista non si è presentato per il ritorno in aeroporto. Rischiavo di perdere l\u0027aereo e ho dovuto prendere un taxi. L\u0027assistenza Gettransfer.com, subito dopo ha cancellato il transfer, è mi ha rimborsato parte del transfert dicendo che questo è da policy al punto 4.2, in realtà il trasferimento è stato cancellato dopo. Mi ha accreditato solo la parte che avevo pagato ed ho dovuto spendere molto di più con il taxi. Naturalmente questi soldi non mi sono stati restituiti in quanto Gettransfer.com li ha accreditati sul mio conto e non sulla mia carta di credito. Mai più prenderò un auto tramite questo gestore che è al limite della legalità. Sconsiglio a chiunque di usare questo gestore, ce ne stanno altri molto più efficienti.

Pay attention! Gettransfer doesn’t care to verify the vehicles, the licenses, the drivers!!! Gettransfer takes care to make money. Mostly of the vehicles have not got a regular license or worst neither that one!!! Customers would not have adequate insurance coverage. \nHow to find with Gettransfer a regular service with a regular license and with the regular insurance coverage? It is obvious: choose the higher prices!!!\nTHOSE ARE NOT HIGHER, BUT THE RIGHT ONE! JUST TO DISTINGUISH THEM FROM THE LOWER ONE WITHOUT AN ECONOMIC MARKET REASON: ARE THE PRICES TOO LOW? DON’T CHOOSE IT!!!\nThe auctions force “lower prices” but there are not guarantees on the services that you choose! Do you want bet that the “ so-called high prices” are really professional drivers and the “lower one” even without the job licence?
