I have used Gettransfer several times this summer, includin twice yesterday, and am very impressed with the service.\nThere have been occasional glitches but the service is generally very reliable with good communication between myself and the driver.\nI have saved a lot of money compared with un negotiated / tendered rides.\nregularly recommended to others

Gebucht, doch für die Hinfahrt kam keiner. Hotline ein Witz. Rückfahrt hat geklappt aber das Geld für die nicht geleistete Hinfahrt landete auf einem „Kundenkonto“ und kann nicht erstattet werden. Zig Mails geschrieben, alle für die Tonne, immer die gleichen Antworten. Werden Anzeige erstatten.

Don’t use this site/company. The website is a scam. I paid in advance and the day before they cancelled my ride, I had no choice but to go with another service due to my schedule. I’ve constantly requested a refund and they always tell me to check my bank because they made the refund which is a lie. It’s been over a year and I still haven’t received my money back. This site should be shut down.

Finger Weg von diesem Portal. Ich fühle mich hier über den Tisch gezogen. Stornierter Transfer wird von gettransfer wiederrechtlich zurückgehalten. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung bekomme ich kein Geld zurück.

I have some money blocked for over 6months in their account and i just want them to transfer back into my bank account. They don\u0027t want to transfer MY MONEY because of this COVID-19, the part that i don\u0027t understand why they block my money when they can access remotely to transfer.\nI don\u0027t recommend this company!\n\nUpdate: if i was one of the customers that they want to use that money, i would ask for MY MONEY to get transferred back to my Bank Account.\n\nDecember update: i still don\u0027t have MY money back into my bank account, i will contact my lawyer to help me with this company. I will not use this money for future transport.

Taxi transfer I ordered didn’t show up so I had to get an uber last minute. Get transfer will not refund me and instead give credit on an account to use them again bur obviously I don’t want to use a company I had a terrible experience with again!!! So now i’m stuck between never getting the money back or using the credit in a year or so or whenever covid is over to book a transfer that may or may not turn up. Absolute scam company they probably make a lot of money doing thus on purpose.\nI’m pretty sure the positive reviews on here are from the company themselves trying to make up points they lost from real customers.
