Won\u0027t trust them EVER again

This company is taking advantage of the coronovirus era.\nDespite the fact that they guarantee you that you can cancel your trip two days before, of course they do not give you back your money but it commits it to you, in that way they force you to use again at all costs their services.\nIn my case it wasn\u0027t my fault, but even I have explained them that it wasn\u0027t the covid the problem of my cancellationn, they rejected my wish to get me refunded\nI consider this a fraud and exploitation, in my opinion always.\nIn corona times we should feel a support from the big companies and in general from all companies.\nGenerally to support and show understanding to each other.

Вызывала трансфер в сочи из аэропорта в розу хутор, выбирала эконом, среди предложенных машин был мерседес за 20$, конечно же я выбрала его, водитель был красавичк в костюме, правда очень разговорчивый. Но все равно было приятно.

The driver didn\u0027t answer to my phone call and also to the gettransfer service guys. I had to find a car to the airport myself. The payment was given back only on the gettansfer online accout and not on the card. They wrote that it is becouse of COVID as per point 4 of the terms. Why would I need this account if you can not work and provide the product you are selling? It\u0027s pathetic, guys.

They literally stole my money! This comapny is unreliable and untrustworthy. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER AND THEY ARE LITERALLY SO RUDE BECAUSE THEY HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES. Highly I don’t recommend.

The idea and application are great and works very well, the problem is that you allow illegal drivers to provide services, because of taxes they offer better prices and the other thing you get very bad reviews because during every police check or at the border your users suffer awkward situations, I repeat The idea is great you invest a lot in marketing and it\u0027s commendable, but I repeat get rid of illegal drivers, and the last thing commission of the first 30% and now 25% is too much.

I am glad I checked Get Transfer on Trust Pilot as we were going to use them next year in Italy but will use another company judging by the amount of negative feedback on Not paying their drivers and non-refund within cancellation period to customers!

I have completed transfers for GetTransfer.com I have withdrawn my services because of covid I can’t get work they increased the percentage they charge me from 19.5% to 23% and on 2nd October increased it again to 26% so if I do a job they take 26%plus vat I do all the work put fuel in vehicle pay tolls insurance etc they end up with more Thani do so it’s economically\nUnviable to carry so I informed them of this and now they won’t pay me the money they owe me\nI did transfers for GetTransfer.com in august and it’s now October and they won’t pay me my money\nThey charge customers in advance so have had my money in their account for 2 months \nThey are not very helpful and keep passing you to different departments and have no phone contact all email so my advice to any drivers thinking of partnering with gettransfers.com is forget about they make out you get low star ratings so they charge you more it’s a scam they just rip us are working drivers off and won’t pay you your money your entitled to \nSteer clear rip off merchants

if i could give this service less than one star I would. they change their policy halfway through my refund request and they refuse to give me back my money for the trip that I cancelled well within their cancellation range. they are awful

Provided a car which was not what we had booked from airport to hotel. In 40 degree heat the car had no air conditioning and no waters provided (as per booking) in a 1.5 hour trip with our 3 year old. Driver got lost which extended the travel time further and did not speak English so we were unable to ask him to stop for water. Did not turn up for my transfer home. Have refused to refund money. Unable to get a response from them despite 15 emails in 5 weeks. Cancelled booking for next year (9 months in advance) due to these issues. They have refused to refund me my money.\nDO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

I had a booking with GoTransfer and due to Covid19 my trip was cancelled. This being the Cruise and flight itself. I thought given from their side they\u0027d see my flight was cancelled and I\u0027d get a refund. instead i got a phonecall demanding to know where i was. I explained my flight had been cancelled so I wasn\u0027t in Miami. The man was not happy. I requested a refund given it was circumstances beyond my control and got refused. AVOID at ALL costs\n\nI will also add I had lost my Aunt in December so I was suffering from Depression I thought they\u0027d be sympathetic. but nope. will never use again!
