I’m booked a transfer in Barcelona and the driver failed to arrive, I paid £70 and this company refuses to refund me and want to credit my account, why would I use them again? I subsequently paid £227 for a cab to the airport and nearly missed my plane. I do not understand how they can admit to me the driver failed to turn up and not refund me for a service I did not receive. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

bloody scammers! will take your money and do not let it take back saying bul**hit about returning money to the balance only but do not provide opportunity to withdraw money from the balance with is the break of the EU law!

Da ex fornitore servizi a questo sito o pseudo sito che fa aste a chi fa meno un servizio N.C.C.,servizio di un certo livello almeno fino a qualche anno fa mi trovo assolutamente schifato del sistema GetTransfer di far passare tutti per N.C.C. senza alcun controllo di patente kb agli autisti,licenze ncc assolutamente non richieste polizze assicurative con massimali per trasporto persone associazioni inesistenti, ed assoluta mancanza di tutti i requisiti contro il Covid 19 auto sporche e non sanificate,come da dpcm italiano. Fate le prova e vedrete da Brividi. Mai più la mia azienda sarà in questa app o sito assolutamente abusiva.

Bruttissima esperienza mai più in questo sito lasciato a piedi e perso aereo Dopo 10 chiamate che la macchina solo scuse ed il driver aveva fuso il motore in una macchina che aveva 900 mila km assolutamente assurdo

Applicazione di abusivi! \nArrivato un autista con una macchina senza lo stemma di NCC Quindi sprovvisto di assicurazione con i massimali raddoppiati!\nOvviamente senza partita IVA quindi evasore di tasse! \nNon consiglio per niente questa applicazione fanno lavorare gli abusivi per avere il prezzo più basso. Quindi sbaragliare la concorrenza,\nMa la qualità e la regolarità vi assicuro non la avete!\n\nVergogna!
