Hi we have used gettransfer.com for a few years now when going to Rhodes \u0026 I recommend them often unfortunately due to covid we didn\u0027t get this year but still recommend them on a Facebook page to lots of others cant wait till next year to go \u0026 will use them again I have never had any problems with them \u0026 I like the fact that you pay before you go for 2 reasons one you don\u0027t have to worry about having ready money out when you have just came off a long flight two you don\u0027t have to keep it out of your spending money every driver we have got has always been very nice pleasant on time no worries about getting it sorted when you land thank you for your service see you in 2021 ?

Very good transport option !

Driver was very professional and on time waiting at the airport exit. Car was clean and well air-conditioned. Recomendable to everyone.

Finger weg von GetTransfer: in der Vergangenheit wurden einmal meine Kreditkarten-Daten nachweislich nach einer Buchung mit GetTransfer für Internet-Glückspiele missbraucht. Meine Bank hatte dies festgestellt und von sich aus die Kreditkarte gesperrt.\nAktuell habe ich einen Transfer rechtzeitig storniert. Trotz zweifachem Hinweis an GetTransfer wird die Fahrt weiterhin als aktiv dargestellt. Ich habe versucht den Fahrer über die Stornierung zu informieren. Das Geld bekomme ich nicht erstattet, dafür einen Gutschein dieser Firma auf Zypern. In deren AGBs steht, dass sie die Pandemie auf Kosten der Kunden aussitzen werden.\nNachtrag: zu Dumm von mir, dass ich diese Bewertungen nicht vor meiner letzten Buchung mit GetTransfer nachgelesen habe! Bisher hatte ich überwiegend gute bis zufriedenstellende Erfahrungen mit den GetTransfer Fahrern gemacht. Nach Lektüre der aktuellen Bewertungen auf Trustpilot habe ich nicht nur die aktuellen Kunden-Beschwerden erfahren, sondern auch die hohen Provisionen und miese Bezahlung der Fahrer. Ausbeutung will ich nicht unterstützen!

Booked a transfer from Niğde Turkey to Adana. \n\neverything was confirmed and the voucher sent to me... on the day of the transfer, whatapps driver and told he couldn\u0027t collect me as he had other jobs.. \nAs a single woman on business, this was extremely unprofessional. I contracted Gettranfer.com , tried to call them, emailed them, no reply on the phone, and took nearly one day for them to return my email, but which time it was too late ! funny who they are quick enough to call you, when they noticed that you may be tried to book a transfer but for some reason payment or didn\u0027t complete - but when you need to call them urgently - they don\u0027t pick up the phone ? \n\nDriver\u0027s excuse was he didn\u0027t know the collection date and time - as I had a voucher that clearly showed what was agreed, a little confused about how this company gettransfer,com actually notify their agents. \nAfter several emails and extremely late replies - now this gettransfer.com tell me they refunded the amount I paid to my gettransfer account.. do they really think I would use them again?\n\nThey quote and hide behind some terms in the agreement... \n\nAll I know I ordered a transfer, paid and the transfer didn\u0027t turn up, I had to pay again to get a transfer ( and I am not talking about a 30 min drive, it was 150 km and I was on my own ) and now hiding under \u0022terms \u0022 they feel they shouldn\u0027t pay the money back - they didn\u0027t pay the transfer, I got deducted a charge for the pleasure of being let down and they keep my money! \n\ndon\u0027t bother, avoid, book a local transfer, research the web, and don\u0027t be disappointed, let down ...

Estoy leyendo las opiniones y no me lo creo. 3 veces he usado este servicio, en Milán, en Londres y en Estambul. Y las 3 fueron 200% perfectas!!!!\nNo tengo más que decir que seguiré usándolo allí donde vaya!
