I had problems trying to pay via credit card. Then I was offered as option to change the credit card, but couldn't change the payment type to paypal. Later I had to do another full purchase process.

I was very surprised at how easy it was. I would have liked to be able to pick the car I was to be in, but for most it was a good experience.
Now I must wait till Monday night to see how things go boarding the train.

Very efficient service.

Try to improve on purchase of tickets

First time booking train tickets
It was a pleasant experience
But a lot of personal information given out
Not for a train ticket !
When check in you can ask for info
But we are not leaving the country of Russia just going to another city
Suggest you make registration simple and short !
Too much time gathering and keying in details for a train ticket !

It was great to experience the trip.
I just have one question - I sat in car no. 3 and didn't get anything for free, while my family sat in car no. 9 and the got coffee and sandwich...
And we all paid the same prices!!!

It is easy to book online quite straight forward but when I took the train to SPB the seating is separated, me and my husband both not sitting together we were next to each other on the aisle seat, don't know why it happen as I check the sitting map before I book it, on the way back we are seated together, maybe computer mistake, overall impression is good, the staff are friendly.
