Очень нравится сотрудничать с gettransfer.com. Всё честно, прозрачно и вовремя. А даже если вдруг \u0022что-то пошло не так\u0022, то открыто об этом сообщают, предлагая варианты решения. Обязательства исполняют, обещания выполняют. Поддержка так же на высоком уровне, все вопросы решаются оперативно. Надеюсь на развитие этого сервиса в дальнейшем!

Сервис катастрофически ужасен, перевозчиков ни во что не ставите, деньги задерживаете пол года, комиссия огромная, комиссия через пайонир огромная, сплашное обдирательство. Пол года выбиваю свои кровные заработанные деньги. Сами дерут и с клиентов и с превозчиков бешенные проценты . Пассажиры 25% составляет комиссаия Геттрансфер и перевозчиков и плюс потраченные деньги за перевод банков и это еще процентов 5-10.... .Твари

They are thieves. I am a driver in istanbul and we have not received our money since march. They are just stealing people\u0027s money via online. Stay away from this company.\n\nYesterday i wrote the review above. And those sons of biches responded me today by giving ideas how to get my money because we are idiot and could not receive our money last 6 months. I am warning you again. Stay away from those thieves. All drivers in Turkey hoping to meet staff of gettransfer.com so we will show them how to make anal sex.

I booked a taxi to take me from the hotel to\nthe airport in Sicily, Italy. The transfer was paid for and confirmed by email. The driver never turned up, and GetTransfer didn’t even call to tell me that nobody would be coming. When I rang them, they kept me waiting for a long time, and then they asked if I could wait another hour for the taxi to arrive!! Had I waited I would have missed my flight. I had to pay for an expensive last minute transfer arranged by the hotel to take me to the airport. GetTransfer have refused to refund my money and have said that the most they can offer is a credit for future use. I explained to them I will never use their company again so a credit is useless to me. They still refused to offer a refund. There is an incredibly UNHELPFUL AND SARCASTIC member of staff who works for them called Violetta Lopatina. please do NOT use this company. They are dishonest and their service is shambolic. Absolutely no regard for their customers.

Mal servicio debido a que no son profesionales, dudo las legalidades que cumplen esas personas que hacen servicio de taxi o VTC sin licencia. Hay q probar para saber, nunca más, lleno de sorpresas e inconvenientes!! Y en el momento cuando me cobraron por un servicio que no me dieron entonces no me dieron respuesta pero pongo el comentario publico y entonces si que responden y me preguntan que en qué pueden ayudar?? Esto es d chiste!!
