Do not by any means use this company they are a bunch of Russian scammers.\n\nI will be starting a court claim against them and be suing the crap out of this company.\n\nAs they are refusing to give me back my money to my original payment method and it was their driver that didn’t show up

Buenas tardes. Soy colaborador de Gettransfer. He estado observando los reviews, y de hecho no me sorprenden. Gettransfer es un intermediario para empresas y autónomos profesionales del Transporte de Pasajeros. En principio, se nos solicita todo tipo de documentación para comprobar que estamos al dia de nuestras obligaciones. He podido comprobar, de hecho he coincidido con ilegales o \u0022piratas\u0022 lo que yo he comunicado a Gettransfer como otros compañeros también han hecho.\n\nDesde mi punto de vista, no sólo es problema del intermediario. Desde mi posición, empresa que lanza precios a ofertas de posibles traslados observo que el usuario apuesta por precios irrisorios, precio incluso 70% bajo tarifa común. \n\nSi yo quierio un BMW se que tiene un valor aproximado, si alguien me quiere vender ese coche un 70% por debajo de precio, pués me dará que pensar. Pués aquí sucede algo parecido, creo que dar un servicio excelente, puntual y pulcro es sencillo, tener los vehículos autorizados tiene unos costes, y ustedes, señores usuarios, no se dejen influenciar por unos precios exageradamente económicos. En la web tendrán varias ofertas a elegir, cuiden cual seleccionan y no se dejen influenciar, quizás el que mas caro les parece es el mas honesto, legal y a precio real.\n\nPor último, quisiera culpar a aquellos profesionales que para conseguir un traslado ofertan precios que no cubren sus gastos, y eso no supone mas que deuda y precariedad para ellos, para la empresa y para todos.\n\nEntiendo, que por distancia y comunicación, la empresa Gettransfer confia en nuestra legalidad, pero es muy facil que se les escape de las manos la intervención de conductores no profesionales y malas praxis. Este es un punto a tener muy en cuenta por la empresa, y que dicen tener en cuenta.\n\nSaludos

Nunca me vinieron a buscar al aeropuerto de Estambul. Hice el reclamo al inicio de la pandemia, primero me informaron que devolverían el dinero pero nunca lo hicieron. Ahora me dicen que me lo agregaron en mi cuenta para futuro transporte. Son estafadores y mentirosos. No es una empresa seria. Si no quieren ser estafados, no los contraten

I arrange transfer from Antalya Airport (return) \nI’ve been really struggling lately \nSo I thought a holiday great gain some prospective On my own, \nWas that the case NO \nI got to the airport \nNo taxi waiting!!! \nI had no signal on my phone \nI was travelling on my own \nI started getting harassed by other taxi companies \nI was sitting there crying very upset At the situation I felt very vulnerable ?\nDue to booking all inclusive \nI hardly had any cash on me I had to contact a friend to send me some money to get transport to my hotel \nIn all I was outside the airport 2 hours !!!!! \nI got to the hotel \nI managed to get signal and contacted and complained about \nThis situation \nThey then asked if I want the return trip !!!!!! \n\nErm no \nI explained I incurred extra costs \nOf new transport \nThey cancelled my booking \nI then asked about extra costs to be covered !!!!! \nGuess what they haven’t replied!!!!!! \n\nI then found out who the ceo was and sent a email to complain \n\nGuess what NO REPLY \n\nStill waiting !!!!! \n\nI’m am so upset \n\nJojo ?

Booked a transfer from Durres (Albania) to Tirana Airport. Fifty meters long street with a few buildings was from one side of the building only, so I\u0027m pretty sure the driver did not arrive. Also, the driver did not answer the phone. I\u0027ve called 8 times from 9:00 to 9:10, then called a taxi, because I could miss my flight. I\u0027ve immediately informed Gettransfer support and sent a screenshot confirmation of unanswered calls. \n\nThree weeks later, after two calls in their office and three reminder letters they\u0027ve replied that the driver has sent them a confirmation that he has arrived but I didn\u0027t show up. So they\u0027ve refused to refund.\n\nThat\u0027s the story.

I want to give them ZERO stars. This company refused to return our prepaid funds for a transfer in Belgium. The entire country of Belgium was shut down. USA couldn\u0027t travel to Belgium and even if we could, Belgium wouldn\u0027t allow us to land there. We cancelled in March for what would have been a June transfer.\nWe had a 48 hour cancel policy when we booked. (I have the voucher clearly showing this.) At some point, this horrible company included a Pandemic clause and tried to push it off as legitimate. This is dishonesty at it\u0027s finest. \n Several times we were told by them they would offer credit on account OR a refund if we preferred. I even have 2 emails stating the \u0022refund is in process\u0022.\nI realized after several communications that every person writing their email was either Greek or Russian. I found that a bit strange.\nI do have (finally) a dispute filed but will not know if this is resolved in my favor until November.\nAnd by the way, GET TRANSFER, please don\u0027t put your little \u0022sorry\u0022 as a response. I\u0027ve already heard all of your lies.

Оплатил поездку заранее, но в виду смены обстоятельств от поездки отказался, о чем уведомил сервис за 10 дней до оплаченной поездки. Это был март, а возврата денег все нет.\n\nP.S. Отличный ответ на сообщение Михаила - Ответ от gettransfer.com\n16 часов назад\nМихаил, нам жаль, что у вас сложилось такое мнение о нашем сервисе.\n\nЗачем жалеть о нашем мнении, верните деньги.\n\nЯ неоднократно обращался на указанный вами e-mail, с подробным описанием проблемы и с приложением чеков и переписки с запросом на возврат.

Mucho cuidado estafadores, adelantamos un dinero para hacer una reserva de un servicio de taxi en los angeles eran 200€ que nunca nos devolvieron. Por el covid no pudimos viajar ya que no se podia ir a USA nos devolvieron el dinero de los vuelos estancia alquiler de autocaravana todo sin problema menos esta gentuza que se han quedado un dinero de un servicio que nunca hicieron, luego me he informado y hay muchos casos en los que ni se han presentado con el taxi para recoger a los clientes, servicio pesimo no lo recomimdo

The best transfer I’ve ever had! \nWe booked online for a return from the airport to hotel in Berlin and it was very easy and extremely cheap! \nOur driver, Mr Francis, was amazing. He was very smart, attentive, tracked our flight (even when it was early, he followed it and made sure he was there for us), and easy to talk to. The car had a screen up between the driver and back seats and Mr.Francis wore a face mask, following Covid rules and I was very impressed how professional he was! \nOur flight was cancelled and changed and GetTransfer made sure everything was sorted for us at no extra cost! \nWould definitely recommend and use again in the future, and a lot of praise for our driver!

0 STARS! The worst transfer company ever used. Our transfer was cancelled prior to the drivers arrival as they called us saying they didn’t have a proper car seat for our baby. I called the company and asked for the refund immediately and was promised it. The trip happened in FEBRUARY, and the company has subsequently used any excuse possible to not refund me my money. SCAM COMPANY! I will be contacting my credit card company for a charge back! Avoid at all costs.
