Taxi in Pisa

We booked a transfer from Pisa airport, we paid and the driver didn\u0027t showed up! The company is not refunding to bank account even is their fault it happened. I don\u0027t recommend!!!!

Etwas unseriöseres ist mir in meinem Leben noch nicht vorgekommen! Die Nutzungsbedingungen wurden nach Zustandekommen des Vertrages geändert worauf sich nun, trotz rechtzeitiger Stornierung, berufen wird. Das Interessante ist, wegen Corona kann das Geld nicht erstattet werden jedoch hat der Fahrer noch keinen Cent gesehen! Angeblich wurde mir meine Zahlung auf meinem Kundenkonto gutgeschrieben jedoch wollte ich nie ein Kundenkonto und dann ist die Zahlung laut Gettransfer auch noch auf einem anderen Kundenkonto wo ich mich dann nochmal registrieren muss. Selbst hier bekomme ich als Antwort wieder die Info das der Betrag auf meinem Kundenkonto ersichtlich ist was aber nicht der Fall ist weil es wohl mehrere Kundenkonten (mindestens 3?!) von mir gibt. Nach über 40 E-Mails werde ich einen Anwalt einschalten müssen da ich immer die gleichen widersprüchlichen Antworten erhalte. Tut Euch alle den Gefallen und bucht niemals über dieses Unternehmen! P.S. Das Angebot den Betrag für eine andere Reise zu nutzen kann ich nicht empfehlen da Gettransfer die Preise seit Corona angehoben hat!

They haven\u0027t returned my money. Awful service we had to wait for 2 hours to be picked up in the airport with a little child and the car which arrived wasn\u0027t a Mercedes we booked. The Bengali driver couldn\u0027t speak any English and was smelly as was his tiny Toyota. We booked Mercedes with a shield, water and wi-fi.\nPlease contact your bank and ask about chargeback it will be easier to receive a refund this way. This is what I have done. Don\u0027t waste your time on communication with them.This company is a scam! I am surprised such things happening in London.

I had a transfer from Porto town to the airport but the driver didn\u0027t come. I gave calls, i wrote to the driver and he responded that he is not on duty on that day though his number was mentioned and that he doesn\u0027t care.i asked for a refund and i haven\u0027t got an answer or anything since then. Very dissapointing.

Entreprise frauduleuse, probablement sur le bord de la faillite car elle refuse de rembourser les personnes dont les voyages sont annulés à cause du COVID19. Depuis plus d\u0027un mois, je tente de joindre cette entreprise sans obtenir d\u0027accusé de réception, ni de réponse. PayPal collabore avec cette entreprise frauduleuse en ne poussant pas plus loin les vérifications après lui avoir signalé toutes les informations concernant cette fraude. Elle appuie Get Transfert et devient donc elle même frauduleuse car les paiements de services doivent se faire via PayPal

No refund after 6 months

Was due to travel in March but had to cancel due to the lockdown. Since then I have been chasing a refund and this company have simply decided that they will use my money to fund their operations. I have now requested a chargeback. Sadly, this short-sightedness means that they have now lost yet another customer who had previously taken multiple trips with them. The blanket policy of no refunds due to Covid is ridiculous! So much about it being about the customer.

The company are still holding money from January using the Covid as an excuse . This is not good business and I will never use this company again. Every other travel related company has paid up albeit 6 months on. Use them at your peril. Gary Roe
