Снимают деньги с карты водители не приезжают на трансфер. Потом деньги не возвращают.

DO NOT USE! I booked a transfer in March before any Covid lock down issues occurred. My transfer was unable to be completed due to a flight delay so I immediately requested a refund on the day. They have subsequently used every excuse available for not having processed the refund to my card even though I landed back in the UK 2 weeks before the UK lock down occurred. they are now quoting condition they have subsequently added to their user agreement specifically related to Covid-19 as to why they can no longer refund me but just leave the monies as a credit on my account. Any e-mails have been answered with bog standard \u0022computer says no\u0022 attitude so i will not be taking this up as a card dispute with my credit card provider.

This company i can not recomend. I order and pay for taxi qnd 30 min before pick up they call and say it is 3 hour delay. As i was going form mancherster to london airport i could not waith. So they say i will get 100% refund. Now it is 5 weeks since then and i did not get nothing back. This is just plane steeling and I will for sure not recomend this any one.

Worst service provided. Not sure if this is a scam. Cancelled the day before the trip and now refusing to refund \u0027 until the pandemic is over\u0027 would strongly advise not to use this service.

Abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti perchè avevano sbagliato aeroporto e si sono presentati con un auto più piccola e senza rialzi per i bambini, facendoci viaggiare (irregolarmente) per oltre 2 h con un bambino tenuto in braccio.\nSenza contare che siamo ancora in attesa del rimborso dei transfer annullati.

Never had a problem with get transfer, I used them for the first time in Paris last year and booked multiple trips whilst there. Since, I\u0027ve booked more trips using this company, I\u0027ve had to cancel a few and was given credit, which for me wasn\u0027t a problem as I\u0027d continue using them. A very fair company with pricing and the drivers have always been great with communication. Just booked a further two taxis using this company for January. Would really recommend!

Недавно пользовались услугами сервиса, чтобы доехать из Стокгольма до островов Salstjö- Boo Nacka, чтобы избежать общественный транспорт. Получилось комфортно и недорого! Мы остались довольны :)

Avoid, avoid, avoid!! Should you need or wish to cancel a booking the company will only provide a \u0022refund\u0022 by way of credit to your account. Wholly unacceptable and wouldn\u0027t ever consider using them again, will be letting as many people as I know to avoid in the future.

Viaje cancelado en marzo y desde entonces intento recuperar el importe. Me dan un 10% además del importe del servicio para gastar en 18 meses, pero yo no quiero eso, quiero recuperar mi dinero y no hay manera. \n\nTrip canceled in March and since then I have tried to recover the amount. They give me 10% in addition to the amount of the service to spend in 18 months, but I don\u0027t want that, I want to get my money back and there is no way.

Excellent service \nFlight was cancelled on sort notice and had to book another one so at last minute had to change collection point . Communication was prompt and efficient driver was amazing. Car perfect many thanks
