We used the service in Greece, absolutely 100% satisfied.\nSo we decided to use it for our return to UK LGW - Home.\nWe got some offers , we booked and while at Athens Airport the driver cancels the ride. Called immediately, no answer...start panicking so I used the WhatsApp and got reply str8 away. I was ready to board the plane and told that a driver will wait for us at the airport. And that happened we had a new driver and took as home.\nYes was stressful but at the end we got picked up on time and arrived home safe.\nNo extra charges or additional cost.\nWill use then again and I will do recommend then.

Zelfde verhaal als hieronder, rit moeten annuleren omdat ons hotel sluit door Covid en er code rood is voor reizen naar Spanje. Meer dan 50 mails gestuurd om ons geld terug te krijgen op ons bankrekening en steeds het zelfde antwoord.Ze blokkeren zelf de negatieve commentaar op hun eigen website.ik heb hun ook de vraag gesteld als ik morgen steeg of ze het geld terug storten aan mijn gezin.zelf daar antwoorden ze niet op. Het zijn echte oplichters. Gebruik deze service niet. Dit zijn virtuele dieven.

The worse service I have ever experienced in my life! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! A trip that was arranged back in July and upon the late arrival the taxi driver dropped my guests at a square area in Venice. Told them that the ride was only paid until this point and they have to pay €50 for the water taxi themselves! The quote clearly states and agreed until the hotel! After a lot of hassles dealing with Get Transfer team over email, phone, messenger they agreed and apologised for the inconvenience but wouldn\u0027t arrange a better solution than we have to pay an extra €55 to get the return airport transfer arranged. Totally waste of time and service without any empathy shown! Would NOT recommend and would NEVER use them again.

Booked an airport transfer from Antalya Airport to my hotel in Çolakli, Manavgat. Our driver showed up on time with our name clearly displayed. Transfer was done swiftly \u0026 comfortably within 45 minutes. Wonderful communication with driver in advance. Very attractive price of just €50 return. Car model wasn’t Mercedes-Benz Vito Extra Long 2017 as advertised but this didn’t affect our journey.

Nie wieder! Seit Februar wird mir auch mein Geld nicht zurück gezahlt obwohl es damals hieß innerhalb 5-10 Wektagen wird es auf dem Konto sein... nach 30 Tagen als immernoch nichts kann hieß es plötzlich aufgrund Corona werden wir nichts ausbezahlen... abzocke !

If I could, I would give this service 0 stars. \n\nBooked my transfer from Barcelona to Girona in March. Obviously Covid kicked in which resulted in Spain going in lockdown and our trip being cancelled.\n\nTrying to get a refund was very difficult. They tried to implement a credit with and additional 10% added, but as I explained to the agent, a credit was no good and they completely refused a refund due to “covid”\n\nAnyway... requested a chargeback from the bank some months later and I recieved a full refund circa 5 months after our initial departure date. \n\nPlease... Anyone reading this who have booked with GetTransfer.com with a credit card, please contact your credit card provider because they will help.

I would not use this service. The taxi never showed up and did not even let me know. I waited 90 minutes and then he finally responded that he is not coming. Now get transfer are refusing to refund me and are paying into my account. Why would I use you again. It’s a scam and they are using Covid as an excuse. I will take legal action now because their agreement is not legally binding and they have been negligent in providing a service. Please also take legal action.

Gettransfer es una app que \u0022contrata\u0022 a particulared para que hagan de taxistas, sin ningún tipo de licencia ni autorización. Por ello sus bajos precios. Encima le cobran a ese \u0022chofer\u0022 el 24,5% de comisión.\n\nEs posible que al público se la traiga al pairo que hagan eso pero en España es algo muy serio, con sanciones de hasta 4.000€ e inmovilización del vehiculo \u0022pirata\u0022, haciendo que los clientes se tengan que buscar la vida.\n\nEsas apps son responsables a título lucrativo ya que conocen y alientan este tipo de prácticas.\n\nLos clientes que acceden y ofertan precios irrisorios por viajes en taxi, de bien seguro que por su trabajo quieren cobrar lo que es justo.\n\nApp extractiva sin ningún tipo de licencia VT o VTC.\n\nGracias.

avoid! I would leave NO STARS if that was an option. As an experienced traveller, I am embarrassed to have been ROBBED twice by this company, including being left stranded twice at airports after no-show taxis. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
