Never had a problem with get transfer

Never had a problem with get transfer, I used them for the first time in Paris last year and booked multiple trips whilst there. Since, I\u0027ve booked more trips using this company, I\u0027ve had to cancel a few and was given credit, which for me wasn\u0027t a problem as I\u0027d continue using them. A very fair company with pricing and the drivers have always been great with communication. Just booked a further two taxis using this company for January. Would really recommend!

Недавно пользовались услугами сервиса, чтобы доехать из Стокгольма до островов Salstjö- Boo Nacka, чтобы избежать общественный транспорт. Получилось комфортно и недорого! Мы остались довольны :)

Avoid, avoid, avoid!! Should you need or wish to cancel a booking the company will only provide a \u0022refund\u0022 by way of credit to your account. Wholly unacceptable and wouldn\u0027t ever consider using them again, will be letting as many people as I know to avoid in the future.

Viaje cancelado en marzo y desde entonces intento recuperar el importe. Me dan un 10% además del importe del servicio para gastar en 18 meses, pero yo no quiero eso, quiero recuperar mi dinero y no hay manera. \n\nTrip canceled in March and since then I have tried to recover the amount. They give me 10% in addition to the amount of the service to spend in 18 months, but I don\u0027t want that, I want to get my money back and there is no way.

Excellent service \nFlight was cancelled on sort notice and had to book another one so at last minute had to change collection point . Communication was prompt and efficient driver was amazing. Car perfect many thanks

I booked with Get transfer back in February/March, thinking that I would be attending my son\u0027s wedding. Unfortunately due to Covid our borders are closed indefinitely at the moment (Australia). So wedding plans were cancelled and I in turn cancelled all bookings. \nEveryone was professional and refunds were given, small hotels, airlines, etc etc. All except Get Transfer the owe me AUD 807.59 and refuse to refund only giving me a credit (they say with an added 10% which is BS as the original charge was US$593.90 and they have credit US$571.21). We gave them 5 months advance notice of cancellationa.\nAnd then they had the audacity to send me an email asking me to rate a trip that I hadn\u0027t even taken.\nThe disappointing factor is that we used this company multiple times during our last trip in 2019 and it was fantastic service.\nThe other disappointing factor is that these people don\u0027t care whether you used your hard earned money to pay for these trips and if you desperately need this money now more than ever as many of our people are losing their employment.\nEurope has opened their borders to tourism, hence in my eyes your pandemic is over as stated in your clause and refunds should be now honoured as per your original clause.\nI don\u0027t know how the directors of this company sleep at night. Karma and will bite your ass when least expected.

Was very sceptical based on other people’s reviews however my driver contacted me on WhatsApp a few hours before my meet time, he sent his location so I could track where he was, he was quick at responding and had great service in the car with hand sanitiser and water we could have. It was also much cheaper than other taxi companies.

They are scammers

They are scammers. The driver cancelled the trip before my airport transfer and now they won’t refund the money the debited from My account. Will report them to my bank and also make a legal claim\nAVOID

J\u0027ai eu un premier voyage dans lequel le chauffeur ne savait pas qu\u0027il devait me prendre. Après courriel et messages texte laissés sans réponse, je téléphone en lui rappelant que j\u0027ai déjà payé ce voyage. Il me dit qu\u0027il va arriver une heure en retard. à quelques minutes de sa nouvelle heure d\u0027arrivée, il me dit que soit je l\u0027attends deux heures et demie de plus soit je dois me trouver quelqu\u0027un d\u0027autre. Quand je demande un remboursement de sa part, la ligne a coupé. Gettransfer n\u0027accorde pas de remboursement même si c\u0027est de la faute du chauffeur de ne pas se présenter. Et ils disent que c\u0027est à cause de la pandémie. Je ne vois pas le rapport. Alors, je suis créditée, un peu forcée d\u0027utiliser à nouveau ce service. Et là, je tombe sur un chauffeur en retard que je téléphone quatre fois! Il me donne des nouvelles heures à chaque fois qu\u0027il ne respecte pas. J\u0027attends une heure dans la rue avec mes valises. Il arrive sans s\u0027excuser en parlant au téléphone. Ce téléphone il ne le lâchera pendant les presque deux heures de trajet. Et quand j\u0027en parle à Gettransfer, il y a un \nArtem Kiselev qui me dit avec plusieurs points d\u0027exclamation d\u0027envoyer ce message aux feedbacks. Deux mauvaises expériences de suite. On peut effectivement tomber sur des chauffeurs professionels qui sont ponctuels, respectueux et qui conduisent bien. J\u0027en ai eu trois. Toutefois, si ce n\u0027est pas le cas, il ne faut pas compter sur le service à la clientèle pour assurer une protection aux clients.

I have to say gettransfer is a good app to book a cab to the airport you can get a good deal but the Customer Service is poor I have to say I Wish I could give them a 5 Stars If Customers Service was better I booked a cab for next year on 26-02-2021 but the driver cancelled as he has stop working with the company my booking was £60 and Customer Service said they would boom me a replacement and cover £12 they tried to make me pay £15 more for a cab what a joke they said it was £87 so I just need to pay the £15 I asked for a refund they said I will get a Credit on my account with them for next time to use when I wanted to book a new cab with Skyex so I was made to stay with them now if they fix the Customer Service for the better I will keep using them I book about 30 cabs a year with them that’s a lot of money to give a company that dose not care about there customers they need to put us first and then they will get better and get more customers
