Vorsicht Betrüger. Auftrag wurde rechtzeitig storniert. Leider wollen Sie einen mit einem Gutschein abspeisen. Ich werde das nicht mit mir machen lassen und werde einen Mahnbescheid bzw das Unternehmen verklagen.

Taxi VOOR de Corona crisis geboekt, en moeten annuleren omdat het evenement werd geannuleerd door de Corona crisis. We vragen ons geld terug, op dit moment nog geen sprake van dat dit niet mogelijk zou zijn door de Corona crisis, we spreken hier over maart 2020.\nWe zijn nu augustus, en mijn geld staat als balans op mijn account en dus niet op mijn rekening. Ze WEIGEREN mijn geld terug te storten omdat ze inmiddels zonder mijn medeweten hun gebruiksvoorwaarden hebben aangepast zodoende ze mijn geld gewoon mogen houden. Ik spreek ze erover aan, dat die regels van na mijn boeking dateren en dus niet van toepassing kunnen zijn.. de dieven hebben in hun gebruiksvoorwaarden ook staan dat ze naar eigen goeddunken de voorwaarden mogen aanpassen zonder de klant op de hoogte te brengen, en deze voorwaarden zijn ook automatisch van toepassing. Dit laatste zullen we nog wel zien. Wij hebben een zaak opgestart om ons geld terug te halen. We houden iedere bestolen klant op dit forum op de hoogte. Laat u niet bestelen, en neem een lokale taxi. Dit bedrijf is malafide.

Terrible service \n1. Every time you order, make sure you chase the driver for response that he’s aware of the trip booked. It has been 3 times that the driver didn’t show up.\n2.when the driver didn’t show up, and I contacted the support, I was told that money can only be refunded to my GetTransfer credit and spent only for future rides.\n3. It has been more than a week that I have not received any compensation, not even to my GetTransfer account \nI had to pay so much for the to be on time for my plans and was left without a refund basically

Do not use! Once booked you can not get a refund even though it claims you can cancel up to 48 hours before the transfer. The customer service is terrible.

My husband and I had an anniversary vacation planned to Europe, we booked our thins early 2020 before Covid has begun. When I booked my ride I had 100% refund as long as I cancelled 7 days prior to my ride. About 3 months prior to my departure date after my flights had been cancelled or changed I cancelled and received a message saying that because their banks were closed they were unable to refund my account and would hold it as credit until the force majeure was over and they can resume refunds. After one month if waiting I sent an email only to be told that they would not be doing refund any more that they had changed their service agreement and had the right to so at any time. When I booked these were the rules and now its changed. Its ridiculous! My husband and I are planning a small get away and I figured since I have the credit there let me see if I can use it since I don\u0027t want to have go through my bank to fix the issue. When I read the reviews from the places we\u0027re considering they were horrible and many travelers were left without a ride, no notification and had to fight for their money back. I am getting ready to report them to my bank and begin a claim to have that money returned.

Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars or I would!! My holiday was cancelled 5 months ago and Get Transfer said that I would get a refund, no problem. 5 months later still no refund and all they continuously send me is an updated version of the user agreement which are not the terms I agreed to at the time of booking as I booked before Covid 19 was even an issue. They are an absolute disgraceful company, don’t use them they will rob you, and according to other reviews they don’t even turn up to pick you up anyway. Total scam

Had a feeling that COVID19 might cause some international problems so cancelled my trip before the virus hit Europe. Wrote to Get Transfer and asked for a refund which they agreed to. Fast forward six weeks and I hadn\u0027t received the money so wrote to them again. Now they are showing me an updated T\u0026Cs which claim they don\u0027t have to refund because of COVID. I never agreed to these T\u0026Cs so it\u0027s complete theft they are taking my money.\n\nHave been trying to talk to them but only receive generic replies from their Customer Service pointing to their new T\u0026Cs.

AVOID!!!! Do yourself a favour and steal a motorbike from a passing Hells Angel. Believe me, it would be less stressful and more reliable than using Get Transfer. \nOur car didn\u0027t turn up, couldn\u0027t contact the driver. Found customer service consistently obstructive and unhelpful - calls go unanswered, unreturned, get mysteriously cut off. Every time I email them, somebody different replies. Money was changed twice from rubles to local currency and over the odds charges were applied. I\u0027m still chasing for a refund, but I don\u0027t think I\u0027ll see that money again.
