Gettransfer is not reliable company

Gettransfer is not reliable company, I cancelled the trip and asking for refund the money (reserved and paid on 19.8.2020) for the trip on 24.8.2020.\nThey answered that they can refund it only to my \u0022personal account\u0022 at Gettransfer, refferring the item 4.2.of the agreement that until the end of Covid pandemic thay can do it. There is no mentionnig when the pandemic is over neither if it is still pandemic. I consider that Gettransfer is steeling my money by that \u0022cancellation policy\u0022. By the phone the gay responded me that he is not authorized to refund but refused me to give me the contact to somebody who is......\nWill not ever use such company.\nPavel Svarc

NIGHTMARE COMPANY. Car never arrived - nearly ruined our family holiday. We would have missed our plane had I not driven us there myself. Impossible to get money back. They never answer their phones. They ripped me off for £152.00. I would advise never using these crooks!!!!

no refunds, just credits

we had booked 2 transfers and canceled them on time. now they are refusing to refund all the funds. They are saying that due to the covid-19 , now they are putting our money in a so-called account. When we booked our transfers there was nothing written about the covid-19 in the terms and conditions and now they are pointing that to us. They are scammers. Never again book anything this company.

Es la primera vez que uso este tipo de transporte y la verdad es que después de leer tantos comentarios negativos, estaba acojonada. Les llamé por teléfono y les escribí para que me confirmarán que me recogerían a la hora indicada, incluso de hecho pregunté si podían llegar un poquito antes y así lo hicieron. \nEl conductor era ruso y hablaba muy poco español o inglés, pero fue amable como pudo y condujo muy bien.

I read a lot of the reviews and to my annoyance it was after I had booked. That said, despite some early am trepidation my driver arrived on time and whisked us away on time from the Amalfi Coast to Salerno. \n\nThis was my first time using the service and it worked perfectly.

I book a tranfer with this company last year for a trip in 2020 I had to cancel it due to the fact my flights were cancelled I email them in March to let them know and was told I would receive a refund it is now August and still NO Refund have email them many times they just Don\u0027t care about their customers at all.\nThey are just thieves LOW LIFE because that what you are if you take someone and don\u0027t return it.\nDON\u0027T USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU OUT OF POCKET (JOKE COMPANY).\nPLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

In March our trip was cancelled and Get Transfer told us they were processing our refund. Now five months later we still have not received a refund. They insist that their user agreement allows them to issue vouchers until after the pandemic is over. This is in violation of EU rules.\n\nAlso, the user agreement they allude to was changed after our trip was cancelled and without any notification to us.\n\nI would avoid any use of this company for travel plans. They are nothing more than a scam operation who are still taking reservations, accepting money, and making transfers. If you give them money and then your trip is cancelled for any reason, consider the money lost.

Desde el 27 marzo, solicité cancelación de una reserva para un traslado en París, el 30 de marzo recibo respuesta donde notifican que me reintegraran entre 5 y 7 dias, a la fecha no han reíntegrado mi dinero, al hacer nuevamente mi reclamación me responden :\n\n\nEstimado Cliente,\n\n\nMi nombre es Valeria, soy gerente de soporte de GetTransfer.com.\n\n\nEn la actual situación epidemiológica y económica mundial, los períodos de reembolso de los viajes prepagos se están volviendo poco predecibles.\n\n\nLos reembolsos pagados por la transferencia se realizarán teniendo en cuenta los fondos de su cuenta personal, que podrá utilizar para pagar al solicitar una nueva transferencia. Puede ver información sobre la disponibilidad de fondos en su cuenta personal.\n\n\nEsta medida también está confirmada en nuestro Acuerdo de usuario (punto 4.2).
