SCAM artists!

My husband and I had an anniversary vacation planned to Europe, we booked our thins early 2020 before Covid has begun. When I booked my ride I had 100% refund as long as I cancelled 7 days prior to my ride. About 3 months prior to my departure date after my flights had been cancelled or changed I cancelled and received a message saying that because their banks were closed they were unable to refund my account and would hold it as credit until the force majeure was over and they can resume refunds. After one month if waiting I sent an email only to be told that they would not be doing refund any more that they had changed their service agreement and had the right to so at any time. When I booked these were the rules and now its changed. Its ridiculous! My husband and I are planning a small get away and I figured since I have the credit there let me see if I can use it since I don\u0027t want to have go through my bank to fix the issue. When I read the reviews from the places we\u0027re considering they were horrible and many travelers were left without a ride, no notification and had to fight for their money back. I am getting ready to report them to my bank and begin a claim to have that money returned.

Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars or I would!! My holiday was cancelled 5 months ago and Get Transfer said that I would get a refund, no problem. 5 months later still no refund and all they continuously send me is an updated version of the user agreement which are not the terms I agreed to at the time of booking as I booked before Covid 19 was even an issue. They are an absolute disgraceful company, don’t use them they will rob you, and according to other reviews they don’t even turn up to pick you up anyway. Total scam

Had a feeling that COVID19 might cause some international problems so cancelled my trip before the virus hit Europe. Wrote to Get Transfer and asked for a refund which they agreed to. Fast forward six weeks and I hadn\u0027t received the money so wrote to them again. Now they are showing me an updated T\u0026Cs which claim they don\u0027t have to refund because of COVID. I never agreed to these T\u0026Cs so it\u0027s complete theft they are taking my money.\n\nHave been trying to talk to them but only receive generic replies from their Customer Service pointing to their new T\u0026Cs.

AVOID!!!! Do yourself a favour and steal a motorbike from a passing Hells Angel. Believe me, it would be less stressful and more reliable than using Get Transfer. \nOur car didn\u0027t turn up, couldn\u0027t contact the driver. Found customer service consistently obstructive and unhelpful - calls go unanswered, unreturned, get mysteriously cut off. Every time I email them, somebody different replies. Money was changed twice from rubles to local currency and over the odds charges were applied. I\u0027m still chasing for a refund, but I don\u0027t think I\u0027ll see that money again.

Gettransfer is not reliable company, I cancelled the trip and asking for refund the money (reserved and paid on 19.8.2020) for the trip on 24.8.2020.\nThey answered that they can refund it only to my \u0022personal account\u0022 at Gettransfer, refferring the item 4.2.of the agreement that until the end of Covid pandemic thay can do it. There is no mentionnig when the pandemic is over neither if it is still pandemic. I consider that Gettransfer is steeling my money by that \u0022cancellation policy\u0022. By the phone the gay responded me that he is not authorized to refund but refused me to give me the contact to somebody who is......\nWill not ever use such company.\nPavel Svarc

NIGHTMARE COMPANY. Car never arrived - nearly ruined our family holiday. We would have missed our plane had I not driven us there myself. Impossible to get money back. They never answer their phones. They ripped me off for £152.00. I would advise never using these crooks!!!!

no refunds, just credits

we had booked 2 transfers and canceled them on time. now they are refusing to refund all the funds. They are saying that due to the covid-19 , now they are putting our money in a so-called account. When we booked our transfers there was nothing written about the covid-19 in the terms and conditions and now they are pointing that to us. They are scammers. Never again book anything this company.

Es la primera vez que uso este tipo de transporte y la verdad es que después de leer tantos comentarios negativos, estaba acojonada. Les llamé por teléfono y les escribí para que me confirmarán que me recogerían a la hora indicada, incluso de hecho pregunté si podían llegar un poquito antes y así lo hicieron. \nEl conductor era ruso y hablaba muy poco español o inglés, pero fue amable como pudo y condujo muy bien.
