I read a lot of the reviews and to my annoyance it was after I had booked. That said, despite some early am trepidation my driver arrived on time and whisked us away on time from the Amalfi Coast to Salerno. \n\nThis was my first time using the service and it worked perfectly.

I wish I could give -5 star

I book a tranfer with this company last year for a trip in 2020 I had to cancel it due to the fact my flights were cancelled I email them in March to let them know and was told I would receive a refund it is now August and still NO Refund have email them many times they just Don\u0027t care about their customers at all.\nThey are just thieves LOW LIFE because that what you are if you take someone and don\u0027t return it.\nDON\u0027T USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU OUT OF POCKET (JOKE COMPANY).\nPLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

In March our trip was cancelled and Get Transfer told us they were processing our refund. Now five months later we still have not received a refund. They insist that their user agreement allows them to issue vouchers until after the pandemic is over. This is in violation of EU rules.\n\nAlso, the user agreement they allude to was changed after our trip was cancelled and without any notification to us.\n\nI would avoid any use of this company for travel plans. They are nothing more than a scam operation who are still taking reservations, accepting money, and making transfers. If you give them money and then your trip is cancelled for any reason, consider the money lost.

Desde el 27 marzo, solicité cancelación de una reserva para un traslado en París, el 30 de marzo recibo respuesta donde notifican que me reintegraran entre 5 y 7 dias, a la fecha no han reíntegrado mi dinero, al hacer nuevamente mi reclamación me responden :\n\n\nEstimado Cliente,\n\n\nMi nombre es Valeria, soy gerente de soporte de GetTransfer.com.\n\n\nEn la actual situación epidemiológica y económica mundial, los períodos de reembolso de los viajes prepagos se están volviendo poco predecibles.\n\n\nLos reembolsos pagados por la transferencia se realizarán teniendo en cuenta los fondos de su cuenta personal, que podrá utilizar para pagar al solicitar una nueva transferencia. Puede ver información sobre la disponibilidad de fondos en su cuenta personal.\n\n\nEsta medida también está confirmada en nuestro Acuerdo de usuario (punto 4.2). Do not use them whatever you do and read the user agreement!\nI booked a ride to the airport over two weeks ago and naturally paid straight up as you do. The trip was confirmed and I received the email with receipt. \nAt first I was not able to contact the carrier and the number used was not working. I then spent the best part of two hours on the line with the get transfer team about it. I finally got in touch with the dispatcher for this so called trip and was assured everything was fine. Today, I sent a reminder to this person and was told the driver dropped the trip and to contact get transfer. Upon speaking to them again for the 100th time I was told that they would find someone else for me. I asked for a refund and they pretty much said they are unable to due to their user agreement and a whole lot of corporate rubbish! I now have to hopefully fight it with my card provider. They never have any issues taking your money but always have issues refunding it. Learn from my experience and don\u0027t use them!

Компании абсолютно плевать на своих клиентов!!!\nУсловия договора были не соблюдены! Права клиента нарушены дважды подряд.\nТрансфер должен приезжать именно такой, который выбран и оплачен заказчиком (марка автомобиля, год выпуска, размер автомобиля и даже гос.номер).\nВ первый день (из аэропорта) перевозчик посчитал возможным (по своему личному усмотрению) заменить автомобиль на более дешёвый, более раннего года выпуска и маленький, в который к тому же не вошёл багаж. Со мной, как с заказчиком, никто не согласовывал данные изменения. Зато перевозчик сказал: \u0022Какая разница, вас же всего двое\u0022. Разница огромная! Во-первых, 5 чемоданов и спортивное снаряжение. Во-вторых, был ПОЛНОСТЬЮ ОПЛАЧЕН минивен Мерседес, и заказчик не обязан объяснять причины, по которым хочет ехать именно на этом автомобиле. В-третьих, приехавший автомобиль стоил почти в два раза дешевле оплаченного нами.\nНа следующий день трансфер по оплаченному предложению вовсе не приехал!!!\nУ меня есть конкретные предложения, которые я оплатила, и которые в итоге НЕ получила.\nВся эта информация есть в системе. \nК тому же, после первого неудачного опыта я сразу же связалась с поддержкой Геттрансфера, дабы избежать повторения такой ситуации. В итоге абсолютно никаких мер принято не было, и трансфер по оплаченному предложению ВОВСЕ НЕ ПРИЕХАЛ. А Геттрансфер говорит, что ничем помочь не может. Как такое вообще возможно?\nУжасное качество. Инвесторам Геттрансфера стоит задуматься, так как скоро клиенты начнут не просто уходить, а убегать. Геттрансфер даже для личных поездок не подходит категорически. Про деловые поездки даже речи никогда быть не может. Надёжность компании на нуле.

Lange zeit ein gutes Unternehmen und nie Probleme gehabt .Nun wurden Buchungen rechtzeitig von mir storniert ( 2 Monate vorher )und gettransfer weigert sich das Geld zurück zu zahlen und bietet nur Gutschrift an . Unverschämtheit , da die Fahrer noch nicht bezahlt wurden und es wird mit Kundengeld gewirtschaftet und entgegen Vertrag nicht zurück bezahlt.
