Do not use this company under any circumstances they are absolutely disgusting. \nWill not refund me on a return journey and charged me for a pick up that I cancelled due to Covid. \nI tried to change dates and they say you have to pay again and then get a deposit on your account. \nHead to the Facebook page to see the worst reviews about them.

Добрый день всем!\n\nПочитала отзывы пассажиров о том, что такие бедные и несчастные они, заплатили деньги за трансфер, а за ними никто не приехал. Сами виноваты в этом, а все потому что выбираете подешевле лишь бы. Так как сами являемся перевозчиками на данном сайте и видим цены, по которым работают другие и получаем отказы (наши цена не низкая, но - мы легальные перевозчик, который постоянно обновляет автомобильный парк, платит налоги и достойные зарплаты своим водителям, и клиенты получают отличный сервис). Выбирая самую низкую цену, вы сами лишаете себя нормального сервисы - перевозчик отказался (так как несколько повелось на его низкую цену и он просто не в состоянии выполнить все сервисы в одно время, приезжают старые авто). Не пожалейте лишние 20-30 евро и тогда получите сервис на высшем уровне

Had a very good transfer from Palma Airport Majorce to Soller port with Martin. No problems at all and Martin was very personable. Would definitely use again and cheaper than other quotes.

Ci siamo appoggiati a Gettransfer nel mese di febbraio per il nostro viaggio di famiglia a Londra, areoporto-centro e ritorno. In realtà il collegamento con i mezzi pubblici è molto ben organizzato, ma viaggiando con due bambini piccoli e non conoscendo Londra e i mezzi pubblici, non abbiamo voluto rischiare e quindi abbiamo optato per la prenotazione di gettransfer da casa.\nLa signorina al centralino è sempre stata molto gentile. Ma purtroppo sia all\u0027andata che al ritorno abbiamo avuto problemi gravissimi. All\u0027andata non era ben chiaro dove fosse il pick up. E va bene, dopo un\u0027ora di attesa la cosa si è risolta.\nAl ritorno l\u0027autista non si è nemmeno presentato. Faceva sapere attraverso innumerevoli telefonate attraverso la centralinista che era bloccato nel traffico e che sarebbe arrivato. Abbiamo aspettato un\u0027ora nella hall dell\u0027albergo. Quando ci era sembrato chiaro che avremmo rischiato di perdere l\u0027aereo, abbiamo deciso di prendere un taxi (con le valigie e il tempo tiratissimo era impensabile prendere un bus, fra l\u0027altro pioveva anche) fino alla stazione dei treni e da lì il treno per l\u0027aeroporto. Vi lascio immaginare la corsa con le borse a tracolla e i bambini al seguito che inciampavano ogni due passi. Naturalmente il costo del taxi e del treno è stato esorbitante e la signorina al telefono ci aveva detto che ci avrebbero rimborsato sia la spessa \u0022a sorpresa\u0022 che quella anticipata da casa. Ad oggi, 5 agosto, non ho visto nulla. NULLA!!! Sono estremamente delusa e arrabbiatissima. Abbiamo preso l\u0027aereo solo perché la partenza era stata ritardata di 15 minuti.\nÈ impensabile che dei clienti possano rischiare di perdere un aereo per il \u0022traffico di Londra\u0022 che un autista dovrebbe saper valutare. Ma ci può stare. Faccio fatica ad accettarlo, ma l\u0027errore umano va ipotizzato. Il rimborso delle due spese però (300 Euro... non sono briciole) non pervenuto NON È AMMISSIBILE. Bocciato quindi e MAI PIÙ con GETTRANSFER. Pessimo!!!

This company has defrauded so many drivers in South Africa which runs into thousands of rands. They have not reimbursed over 40 drivers that I know of personally in Cape Town alone. They run a fraudulent system and should be avoided at all costs. Have approached the Department of Transport in South Africa to lay criminal charges against GetTransfer and to use inter governmental cooperation to get our monies owed to us paid. Some drivers are waiting for payments for trips which they completed over 2 years ago.

It seems I\u0027m not the only person going through the deposit route. We used them last year in Poland and it worked very well but this time which isn\u0027t there fault as we\u0027re not able to go to Prague and see if the transfer works then we are after a refund. It appears that this company will be making a lot of money oput of us all even though no fuel or labour will be used
