He cancelado un viaje antes de la pandemoa por Covid-19 y no me devuelven el dinero como ponía su política de cancelaciones. Me dicen que lo han metido en una cuenta para que lo gaste cuando quiera pero que mientras dice el estado de fuerza mayor no lo pueden devolver. Evidentemente los quiero denunciar por estafadores. Alguien me puede decir cómo? Al no ser una empresa española no se como debo hacerlo pero no quiero dejar pasar esto por LADRONES, MENTIROSOS Y ESTAFADORES.\nGracias

no pagan a los conductores , permiten trabajar a gente sin licencia

seguimos sin cobrar los transportes realizados en enero y febrero, ademas en su pagina web es facil encontrar a piratas , gente sin licencia haciendo transfers , y ellos siguen sin hacer nada\nuna verguenza

Giving 1 star because 0 is not possible!!\nBooked a transfer from Istambul\u0027s airport in April, but due to the Coronavirus wasn\u0027t able to travel and canceled the trip way before the deadline. Wrote an email to the company and been told that within 30 business days would get the refund.\nAfter a couple of months wrote again asking about the status and that time was told I had it in my personal account as balance but showed the emails from before and was told I\u0027d get the refund (again).\nAsked again today (07/08/2020) about the status and the Balance talk came back. Now with the money on their side, they\u0027re just showing that customers are nothing to them.\nImportant is making money, never again with me!!

we ordered a cab and 15 minutes after we were supposed to leave we started getting worried and then we decided that we would just drive to the airport 1h 15 minutes later we got a call saying that i car wasn’t coming we tryed to call and ask for a refund and they kept hanging up . not using this ever again

Do not use this company under any circumstances they are absolutely disgusting. \nWill not refund me on a return journey and charged me for a pick up that I cancelled due to Covid. \nI tried to change dates and they say you have to pay again and then get a deposit on your account. \nHead to the Facebook page to see the worst reviews about them.

Добрый день всем!\n\nПочитала отзывы пассажиров о том, что такие бедные и несчастные они, заплатили деньги за трансфер, а за ними никто не приехал. Сами виноваты в этом, а все потому что выбираете подешевле лишь бы. Так как сами являемся перевозчиками на данном сайте и видим цены, по которым работают другие и получаем отказы (наши цена не низкая, но - мы легальные перевозчик, который постоянно обновляет автомобильный парк, платит налоги и достойные зарплаты своим водителям, и клиенты получают отличный сервис). Выбирая самую низкую цену, вы сами лишаете себя нормального сервисы - перевозчик отказался (так как несколько повелось на его низкую цену и он просто не в состоянии выполнить все сервисы в одно время, приезжают старые авто). Не пожалейте лишние 20-30 евро и тогда получите сервис на высшем уровне

Had a very good transfer from Palma Airport Majorce to Soller port with Martin. No problems at all and Martin was very personable. Would definitely use again and cheaper than other quotes.
