Non affidatevi a queste app potreste avere brutte sorprese. È preferibile chiamare direttamente le ditte del settore anche perché i prezzi sono più convenienti.

gettransfer ist die reine Abzocke. Ich habe einen Transfer \u0022Flughafen Budapest-Hotel und zurück\u0022 bezahlt. Aufgrund der aktuellen Corona-Pandemie konnten wir nicht nach Budapest reisen und den Transfer daher nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Ich versuche nunmehr seit Wochen mein Geld erstattet zu bekommen, leider ohne Erfolg. Ich habe den Transfer gebucht, da gettransfer zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung eine jederzeitige Stornierung zugesichert hat. Dies wird jetzt verweigert. Dieses Verhalten nennt man wohl Abzocke. Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We had a transfer booked for a hen party in April. With covid 19 travel was cancelled. When we booked the transfer the terms stated if canceled within 48 hours we would be entitled to a full refund. They have no removed this from their terms and conditions. We were told back in April we would get a full refund, and have been fobbed off a number of times now. This company have no integrity. They have now said they aren\u0027t going refunds, after saying on several emails that we would. They should not get any further customers as they are withholding other people\u0027s money. I am so disappointed. \n\nThis behaviour is unacceptable, and yes, we are all suffering during this time. You are a scam company, and I will never recommend you or ever use you again. We will be taking this to a small claims court, as this money was from a group of people.

Please please do not Trust, they advertise free cancellation and when I needed to cancel due to COVID-19 travel restrictions they then advised they are allowed to change the rules and only give a voucher.\nThis has happened to other people here in Australia planning to travel withIn Italy.\nThis company is a disgrace!

Like most of the other reviews they changed their terms and conditions after we had booked and wouldn\u0027t honour refund.Promised refund on 11th March by Lisa Customer Service manager and nothing for 30 days. Then they changed their terms and conditions for covid 19 and now say that the money is in a holding account. Business like these don\u0027t deserve peoples business and hope people see all these reviews and don\u0027ts this dishonest company.

I am recommending that everybody that is in the same situation as many of us files a complaint against \u0022gettransfer\u0022 with the Hong Kong authorities. The company has its main office in HK. This is the link:\ncr.gov.hk - breach-forms\n\nand the same to the Cyprus authorities as the company is registered in Cyprus.\nconsumer protection service in Cyprus\n\nReasons: \npromises to refund but never did when reminded they reply that they have changed their policies and wouldn\u0027t have to refund

Truffatori... Non ci sono altre parole, ma nonostante ciò la gente continua a prenotare, affidatevi alle aziende locali o ai taxi locali, non prenotate con Gettransfer perchè avrete delle amare sorprese, io sono un ex vettore di Gettransfer, in febbraio ho effettuato dei transfer per questa piattaforma e ad oggi nonostante numerosi solleciti non ho ricevuto nessun pagamento, loro si giustificano che a causa della pandemia sono in crisi... cosa assolutamente non vera, perchè un cliente quando prenota paga in anticipo il servizio, quindi ce da dire che è solo una grande truffa. Mi raccomando EVITATE DI USARE GETTRANSFER !!!
