Ero un operatore GetTransfer non vi affidate a queste persone sono solo truffatori, dove hanno molti autisti abusivi e per di più gli autisti non verranno a prendere pick up i clienti perché gli autisti e gli stessi clienti che per motivi covid hanno cancellato le corse non sono stati rimborsati e gli autisti compreso me non ricevono pagamenti. Ci sono tante altre App serie pronto pro o transferoo dove vi propongono personale qualificato non abusivi con rimborsi immediato nel caso di cancellazione

Avoid at all , after getting a quote from A to B ( with full address provided for pick up points and drop off ) and book it , the driver phone me to go to another location 50miles away , if I want to get picked up .\nTry to contact the customer support , they just dont to deal , and stated that the driver is an old operator .\nReported to fraud action, police and now going to court

states you can get a full refund - but not true -avoid!

Awful service and such dishonest marketing to get you to purchase .. \n\nStates very clearly when paying for the transport you’re eligible for a refund if for any reason you cancel it until the day before the transport, I cancelled 4 months before yet now they’re saying I can’t get a refund and I paid upfront for 3 transports totalling approx £80! They’re saying we have to use the funds for other transport in any other country but how can we do that when travel is off the cards for god knows how long ! \nThey’ve decided to amend their details in the contract by Saying we’ve got a right to change our policy at any time without informing anybody which is dishonest and completely unethical because out of courtesy and law they should have informed us ! Apparently they’re going to refund everyone after the pandemic - which could be god knows when !

Cette boîte c’est vraiment des escrocs!! J’ai travaillé pour eux 2 mois à la fin desquels j’ai arrêté car je n’avais toujours pas été payé. Maintenant avec le Covid19 ils refusent carrément de me payer alors que tous les clients ont fait 100% du paiement et que j’ai assurer toutes mes courses. Des escrocs de VRAIS ESCROCS

Non affidate la vostra vita a questi truffaldini.Per fare dei prezzi così bassi utilizzano auto senza essere revisionate autisti che guidano per 20 ore consecutive Attenzione mettete a rischio la vostra vita per risparmiare 4 spiccioli. Usate ncc regolari oppure taxi ma non affidatevi a privati che se ne fottono della sicurezza e della vostra vita.

Gettransfer.com is an unethical company! They do not honour their contracts and when you legitimately cancel your reservation months in advance they refuse to refund the money, although no service was rendered. They come up with new rules that was not communicated and the interaction with their staff is highly unprofessional. For your own good, avoid them at all cost.\n\nThey hide behind the clause below in their terms which is unethical and possibly illegal.\n1.3. The Company reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement at any time and in its sole discretion and with no prior notice. A new version of this Agreement shall come into effect when posted on the Site. By continuing to use the Service, the User confirms his acceptance of the revised Agreement. The Company encourages the Users to review the Agreement frequently to ensure that the User understands the terms and conditions that apply when he uses the Service. If the User does not agree to the revised Agreement, the User may not use the Service.

Worst ever is cheating drivers and customers

My parents were due to return from Antalya on the last flight back with Jet2 from Turkey. We booked the taxi with gettransfer in good time and they awaited the taxi. \n\nWhen the taxi did not arrive 30 minutes after it\u0027s scheduled time, I tried to contact the taxi driver directly who did not speak English and so we ended up communicating by whats app messaging (I assume he was using google translate), which made a panic situation very difficult to deal with. He told me in a very blase manner that my parents taxi was cancelled and he wasn\u0027t going to do anything about it.\n\nI immediately contacted gettransfer.com and they said we need to check and get back to you. In the meantime when I told the taxi driver I was going to give him a very negative review, suddenly his blase attitude changed entirely and became very concerned. Eventually gettransfer.com said there is nothing we can do and you must arrange your own taxi and we will refund you.\n\nWhen my parents returned, we sought refunds and compensation. They initially agreed to the refunds and offered a very small compensation. In the following email, they suddenly said we will pay you absolutely nothing as we have entered force majeure and you can use it as credit for another taxi booking. When we highlighted they are still trading therefore force majeure can\u0027t apply, they simply repeated their original email.\n\nIt has now been over 6 weeks since they put in writing they will refund the money and they still refuse to do so.
