Do not ever ( I SAD EVER!! ) book with this company\nI made a quote, i received approx 30 quotes.\n-99% of them were ILLEGALS DRIVERS AND CARS\nHow do i know that? I have a child and i wanted to make sure this service was safe and professional.\nI spoke to a police officer showing those car pictures, showing licence plates, showing company name.\nThey have 1 team focused on stopping those cars, those drivers when they get informed by the regular chauffeur companies ( they are so upset about this illegal people and they tend to inform police when they see this cars around )\nWhat the police do when they find one:\n-Car stopped and confiscated\n-Driver\u0027s licence suspended\n-Fine\n-Clients stranded\n-Clients must pay again service finding new chauffeur company\n\n1% of those offers are ok with trusted chauffeur companies.\nAlways check for a small badge next to licence plate.\nIf you see it in picture they are real chauffeur services\n\nDo not accept the lowest price you get even if you see picture with small chauffeur service badge next to licence plate.\nThey register one fake car and send the illegal one.\nTake the avarage one if you really want to use this company\n\nProfessional, reliable, safe and good services have fair prices\nBased on the airport you are, look on the internet, you will find a lot of local chauffeurs ( real ones ) willing to provide you a professional, safe and realible service.\n\nThanks

Fuyez fuyez fuyez, une grosse arnaque. J\u0027ai réservé un transfert le 15 mars en pleine nuit. Le chauffeur n\u0027est pas venu. Impossible d\u0027obtenir le remboursement.

It has come to the attention of the Licensing Unit that a significant\nnumber of both Hackney Carriage and Private Hire drivers have signed up\nwith a company known as Gettransfer and that this company is actively\ninvolved in dispatching private hire work across the country directly to\ndrivers. According to their website this company has its registered office\nin Cyprus and operates worldwide. A London telephone number is shown on\nthe website but we are reliably informed that this line is answered abroad\nand does not relate to a physical London office. Gettransfer does not hold\na Private Hire Operator Licence with Manchester City Council.\n\nThis message is to remind Private Hire Drivers that in order for them to\ncarry out a legitimate private hire booking a Private Hire Operator\nlicensed, by Manchester City Council, must be involved in the process.\nThis ensures that the legal requirement for the \u0027trinity\u0027 of licences all\nissued by the same licensing authority i.e Operator, Vehicle and driver,\nis met. If any private hire driver is currently accepting work directly\nfrom Gettransfer.com or any other similar organisation or thinking of\nsigning up, then you will be acting illegally and may be prosecuted for\nboth Licensing and no insurance offences.\n\nWhilst a Hackney Carriage and its driver holding both licences with\nManchester can legitimately accept pre booked work from such companies (as\nthe requirement for a licensed Operator to be involved does not exist), we\nwould encourage drivers to do their research on companies and exercise\ncaution when choosing any such company to work for.\n\nPLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL - THIS IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY.\n\nRegards\n\nTaxi Licensing Team\nManchester City Council

Tenía un traslado del aeropuerto al hotel contratado para el 28 de abril. Con la situación sobrevenida en Italia y España, cancelé el servicio y solicité el reembolso el 28/03. En un primer momento me indicaron vía email que se ordenaría el reembolso en 5-7 días y lo recibiría en 30 días en mi cuenta. Hoy recibo un email en el cual me indican tengo el dinero en depósito para usarlo cuando lo necesite...si no usé el servicio, lo cancelé en el plazo legal estipulado en el contrato por ellos qué tiene que ver el Covid 19 en el que se respaldan aquí??? Acaso el dinero se ha CONTAGIADO? son unos ESTAFADORES.

I recently cancelled a Transfer that was scheduled six months out. I was well within the Service Agreement in place at the time of my purchase (required to pay in full), which allowed me to cancel with a full refund up to four months in advance. I have been in touch with several different staff at Gettransfer.com, including a manager in Miami. I am told that they have a \u0022force majeure clause\u0022 and will only put my money in a Personal Account for future travel. This is in violation of the Service Agreement in place at the time of the sale. \nHorrible Customer Service, very unsatisfactory (lack of) results. I recommend that you not do business with this company.

Ich bin ein Fahrer - Meine ausgeführten Fahrten von März sind immer noch nicht ausbezahlt ! Im April musste ich leider eine gebuchte Fahrt 2 Tage vor der Leistung stornieren da ich an COD19 erkarnkt war - und mir wurde von meinem Geld als Arbeitnehmer bei Get transfer eine Straffe zahlung verordnet da ich wegen Krankheit nicht arbeiten konnte 67,25 CHF abgebucht von meiner Kommission. So wurde mir auch das Geld von April behalten und nicht bezahlt. Eine Totale Abzcoke von der Firma - die Fahrt selber für den Gast wurde von einem anderen Fahrer ausgeführt und die Kommission von diesem Fahrer auch nochmal abgezogen. Das heist die ziehen 2mal die Leute ab. UNERIÖS !!! BITTE an alle Personen , Gäste und Fahrer - bitte nutzt diese Dienstleistung nicht. Die Fahrer werden nicht ausbezahlt und die Gäste wenn Sie stornieren bekommen Ihr Geld nicht zurück. Ich will eine Sammelklage an die Firma machen - Bitte schreibt mir wenn Ihr den gleiche Situation erlebt hat an ttomivarga(at)gmail(punkt)com

Opdatering 10/5-20\n\nNår jeg i dag logger ind på min get transfer app, står der penge på en såkaldt konto som er refusion fra den tur jeg måtte afbestille da DK lukkede ned grundet corona. Ang “udløber” pengene ikke, dvs at der er ingen tids-limit på, hvornår pengene skal være brugt. \nJeg vil nu alligevel betænke mig på at bruge firmaet. \nAlle de mails jeg har modtaget, har været auto generede og med FULDSTÆNDIG samme ordlyd og sætninger flere gange. Afsenderen har både kaldt sig direktør og alt mulig andet i firmaet og de har været navne på kvinder som jeg kan se er russisk/østeuropæisk klingende navne og noget der minder om det kyrilliske alfabet (Russisk/Ukrainsk eller lign)\nJeg synes stadig det er dårlig stil, ikke at give mig mine penge tilbage, som jeg rettelig har krav på. De bliver bare ved med at kalde situationen Force majeure.
