Still waiting for my refund

Booked some transfers in Italy then Covid-19 hit. I cancelled the transfers and to this date I am still waiting for the money to be refunded back to my account.

Une société pas fiable du tout.je déconseille. Nous avons faillit rater notre avion car le chauffeur nous a planté sans MM daigner nous informer et décrocher son téléphone. Cela fait 5 mois que je demande un remboursement et aujourd\u0027hui on me répond qu ils font un avoir sur mon compte gettranfert ... Comme si j allais refaire appl à eux !!!!

Dreadful experience.\n\nTook payment twice, Did refund the overpayment, but stated that they would not refund the other payment but \u0022leave it on my personal account\u0022 for use with them at another time.\u0022 Cancelled within 5 hours of booking, so well within timeframe and with 14 days before the booking was due. Very difficult and obstinate.\n\nDO NOT USE - Find a local taxi company and book direct.

If there was a minus 5 star button I would click that. My fully paid transfer of €160 to the airport pre COVID was cancelled at the last minute - they made no attempt to rearrange alternative transport for me and my two young boys to travel back to the airport. We were left stranded.\n\n I am still waiting for a refund - it is now 4 1/2 months later. They have just told me they are putting. A deposit into my ‘company’ account to be used ‘the next time’. I live in Ireland - the transfer was from St Johann to Frankfurt. So disappointing. \n\nI would strongly advise against using this company

The driver never showed even i called and confirm with company before boarding flight from spain to london. i booked another service and paid again as advice by gettransfer on the phone that we will look after the any extra cost. \nOnly after 3 hours later, they decided to change thier mind about what they said earlier to me and straight away refuse to compensate extra cost which i had to bear and also refused any refund. They have changed the terms and condition without letting any one know and making excuse for every thing \u0022ITS DUE TO COVID\u0022. \ni have not received refund yet even after sending them several email and phone calls. always i have been offer to take credit so which can be use in future. no thank you after all this i would never use gettransfer again and i would not recommend to use gettransfer.\nfurther more, on gettransfer website you cannot leave any negative review as their system override them automatically.

The driver never showed even if the company called 3 hours earlier to confirm.I almost missed my flight and their only response was take a taxi we cannot help you.They also refused to give me a refund claiming a technical issue.

Die Fahrt wurde vom Fahrer storniert. \u0022gettransfer\u0022 hat dennoch das Geld kassiert und eine Gutschrift angeboten. Ein Ersuchen um Rückerstattung wurde kategorisch abgelehnt. \n-\u003e nie wieder!

Es un engaño, pagué mi traslado desde el aeropuerto a mi hotel y nunca llegaron. Tras escribir varios mail e intentar contactar con el conductor ( que creo que no existe), se pone en contacto conmigo el gerente para decirme que buscará otro transportador, unos minutos más tarde me dice que ya tiene uno pero que debo pagar un excedente, le digo que no que quiero la devolución de mi dinero ye dice que no, que lo que tengo es un depósito para un nuevo servicio, que obviamente no voy a volver a usar. Yo no he pagado un depósito he pagado un servicio que no me cumplieron. Por tanto deberían devolver lo que he pagado. Es una vergüenza
