I agreed to transfers with assurance i can cancel beforehand for a refund.\n\nThey decide to change their terms without notifying customers saying that during covid you get a deposit, no idea what they mean but it sounds like you can use it as a credit for the holiday you can\u0027t fuc$ing go on at the moment

As with all the other recent reviews I\u0027m very concerned about this company. When making a payment to book transfer the payment page seemed to crash so I made 2 further attempts. The next day I discover they have taken 3 payments, they stated they would refund 2 but never did and only provide a credit note for future bookings so whatever happens they have my money. This raises alarm bells. I\u0027ll be seeking legal advice to see what options I have if any to claim the money back. Initially my credit card refunded one of the transactions but then back tracked. The email responses I receive are bizarre. Please, please, please don\u0027t book with them as they cannot be trusted with your money.

Applicazione ridicola, che permette di lavorare agli abusivi a prezzi stracciati, creando un mercato di concorrenza sleale e ridicolo. Prezzi che neanche rientri nei costi si gestioni, ma ovviamente è facile se non paghi le tasse.\nChiunque usi questa applicazione poi non si lamenti di vivere in un paese ridicolo e di evasori l, perche li state finanziando.

Precisi puntuali e gentili per lo meno l\u0027autista che mi è venuto a prendere. Chiaramente se prendete prezzi bassi ci sono degli abusivi. Mi chiedo io ma perché non c\u0027è Uber in questo cavolo di paese, con mille tassisti carissimi e pochi ncc.... Siamo Italia Europa pianeta terra ?. Date la possibilità di lavorare e usare molto di più servizi taxi e togliere da questo paese motorini e macchine trentennali euro 0. Voi autisti che scrivete e vi lamentate se succede questo forse un motivo c\u0027è.

Bu firma icin calisan bir soforum. Ama uzun suredir odeme yapmadilar. Yuklu alacagim var. Musteriden parayi alip, sakliyorlar. Ne musteriye geri odeme ne de bize odeme yapiyorlar. Kibris merkezli hayalet, ne oldugu belli olmayan bir sirket. Hem transfer almak isteyen kullanicilari hem de bu sistem icin calismak isteyen soforleri uyariyorum. Kesinlike uzak durun. Their driver are not registered with local transport authorities and they don’t have passenger insurance. \nIts not allowed in some countries and driver are working illegally.

Truffano passeggeri e utenti non pagando gli autisti regolari omettendo inoltre di rimborsare i clienti in caso di rimborsi o contenziosi... spesso si rivolgono a driver non provvisti di licenza, quindi a tutti gli effetti abusivi.

Like everyone else I have been scammed by getTransfer. They promised a refund us a refund in March , confirmed it several weeks later and now in july say it is in the form of a credit to my account. NEVER, NEVER USE this company.

Jeg har bestilt fra dem, men der kom aldrig nogen!\nDe har stadig ikke refunderet penge, selvom der er gået 5 måneder!!!

My travel plans changed due to Covid-19 and was informed I would receive a full refund as it was well within there 48hr cx period as stated in there T\u0026C printed on their travel voucher. Unfortunately they have decided to act like common thieves and change there T\u0026C to use the COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse to not pay customers! DO NOT USE THESE SHYSTERS under any circumstances they are nothing more than con men!!!!
