Truffato per 153 euro. Appena pagato sono stato contattato dal vettore che mi ha detto che lui non avrebbe fatto il trasferimento. Ho richiesto subito il rimborso ma mi hanno detto che non possono rimborsare. Sono LADRI!!

I have been trying to get a refund from these people since march 2020. We had to cancel our trip due to covid 19. It was going to be our last trip to Italy. We are elderly people and have saved for our trip for some time. Given our age, we do not see ourselves travelling to Europe ever again. I have pleaded with them to refund our money 205.00 us but they refuse to do so and insist on a credit. We will never use the credit so they have stolen our money. Praying on the elderly. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Read the bad reviews They are accurate! We booked a taxi but had to cancel due to our holiday being cancelled due to the COVID . Guess what They are refusing to Refund! \n\nAvoid avoid avoid ! Unless of course you like losing money then use , use , use

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.\nMe and a friend supposed to go to Portugal in May. The covid made this no possible. This company refused to give us the refund. Only a deposit on an account that we\u0027ll never use as we\u0027re not going to Portugal anymore. We lost our money. I\u0027ve repeatedly spoken and emailed the customer service which has not provided me any help, instead they dropped the call saying \u0022well, we have discussed\u0022.\nDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY\n\nA booking was made to travel from Minsk and the driver could not make it to pick me and was going to be delayed for 10 hours.\n\nThe GetTransfer Manager and the CEO confirmed in writing the cancellation but they refuse to provide refund and mentioned the pandemic but this had nothing whatsoever to do with it.\n\nDo not book, do not book and ensure you lodge a complaint and share a review of this was your experience.

Abzuraten\nIch hatte im März eine Buchung gemacht noch vor der Corona Pandemie und keine Rechnung erhalten und bin seither dabei zu versuchen mein Geld wieder zurückzubekommen. Ich würde keinem raten hier eine Buchung zu machen, wenn man eine gültige Rechnung benötigt.
