Their driver are not registered with local transport authorities and they don’t have passenger insurance. \nIts not allowed in some countries and driver are working illegally.

Truffano passeggeri e utenti non pagando gli autisti regolari omettendo inoltre di rimborsare i clienti in caso di rimborsi o contenziosi... spesso si rivolgono a driver non provvisti di licenza, quindi a tutti gli effetti abusivi.

Like everyone else I have been scammed by getTransfer. They promised a refund us a refund in March , confirmed it several weeks later and now in july say it is in the form of a credit to my account. NEVER, NEVER USE this company.

My travel plans changed due to Covid-19 and was informed I would receive a full refund as it was well within there 48hr cx period as stated in there T\u0026C printed on their travel voucher. Unfortunately they have decided to act like common thieves and change there T\u0026C to use the COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse to not pay customers! DO NOT USE THESE SHYSTERS under any circumstances they are nothing more than con men!!!!

Had to cancel when international flights were cancelled. All airlines refunded costs. GetTransfer refused. Joining a class action hopefully will get them publicity for their lousy business practice.

I am a GetTransfer.com driver I have not been paid Since March I have invest my money like fuel and parking ticks I haven’t been paid until this date 14-07-2020\nI find them very unprofessional not to pay their staff members if they are not able to pay their staff for the jobs they done how are you gan get your money back if the trip is cancelled please be aware as they have made my life hell I was promised but have not got a single payment off them they continually lie I belive they are scamming all of the people customers and staff members London and uk transportation to stop their license straight away

Sign autónomo en Barcelona , he efectuado un servicio para esta empresa y todavía es la fecha y no me han pagado , aparte que se quedan con un porcentaje altísimo de comisión se quedan con tu dinero también . Menos mal que solo he hecho un servicio , es una empresa que utiliza muchos coches piratas , sin licencia ni seguros para efectuar este tipo de servicios , ojo a esto , porque si ocurre algo en el trayecto no pueden reclamar a ningún seguro , porque no les cubren ni recibirán ninguna indemnización.
