Very good service. Our flight was delayed 8 hours, a few texts to the driver to keep them updated on our progress and when we did finally arrive they were there waiting. Have used them 3 times and every time it\u0027s been perfect.

Hello.! NEVER!Do not take Kiwitaxi EVER! FLIGHT was CANCELLED FROM KRAKOW TO Dubrovnik. The taxi driver did not even leave, did not spend a cent, and I was charged 54 euros! We used KiwiTaxi 3 times in Russia, 2 went fine while 1 we were cheated. In Moscow the taxi driver asked us for an additional cash payment, even though we had already payed the whole amount in advance. Travellers often book in advance so they can plan their trip exactly and avoid bad surprises, so we think that KiwiTaxi should protect customers from this kind of behaviour.
