We used KiwiTaxi 3 times in Russia, 2 went fine while 1 we were cheated. In Moscow the taxi driver asked us for an additional cash payment, even though we had already payed the whole amount in advance. Travellers often book in advance so they can plan their trip exactly and avoid bad surprises, so we think that KiwiTaxi should protect customers from this kind of behaviour.

On time, at the airport to meet us on arrival and picked up on time from our Hotel. Nice clean vehicle, driver helped us with our luggage. Cant fault them and would recommend.
