Great ride

The driver arrived on time, drove professionally. The car was new and clean and comfortable. Much faster and more convenient than the mix of trains and buses that we would have needed, and at a fair price.

Воспользовалась трансфером Киви пока один раз. Ехала из аэропорта Каира в отель в центре города. Единственный минус - цена достаточно высокая. Встретили несмотря на опоздание самолета. Представителя с табличкой я заметила сразу. Вместо обычной машины приехал микроавтобус, в котором было просторно и комфортно. Приятно ехать в чистой и не старой машине, что для Египта особенно актуально - парк машин там старый. Все прошло быстро и без задержек. Но особое мое большое спасибо водителю за то, что он после долгих поисков нашел мой отель в толчее рынка (да, в Каире вот так - улица - это рынок, даже в центре) и при плохом освещении. Да и еще во время поисков носил мой чемодан, а потом поднял этот чемодан на высоченный пятый этаж колониального дома, где лифт перестал работать лет 30 назад :)\nЕще замечу, что с наступлением высокого сезона, когда туристы поехали на курорты Красного моря через Каир, цена этого трансфера упала с 44 долларов до 25.\nУслугой осталась довольна. Учитывая комфортную поездку без задержек и такую значительную помощь водителя, стоимость трансфера уже не кажется такой высокой.

We had to change the picking-up place because ST Petresburg historical center was blocked ( soldiers preparing the 9th May commemoration ).We had some difficulties to call the taxi coordinator but a very helpful english speaking young Russian did it for us and the taximan picked us up at the new meeting point and at the right hour. A serious agreeable professional indeed!

Avoid!!!!!!! Transfer booked from lucca to Pisa airport. Kiwi cancelled the transfer at 5am the morning of the transfer which was booked for 10am but did not text only email. We had had an email and text confirming the transfer at 11pm the night before so assumed everything was ok and didn’t check emails in the morning. They could have at least sent a text! Also wonder what on earth can have changed between 11pm-5am. Presumably they never had any intention of fulfilling it. Left me without a way to get to the airport which I only realised when they didn’t show up at 10am as agreed. I spoke no Italian and was basically stranded. In the end had to pay 4x price for two taxis instead last minute but no other choice. Worst part was that I had reserved a baby car seat but no taxis had this at the last minute so the baby had to sit on my lap the entire drive which clearly isn’t anywhere near as safe. Appalling customer service. Caused immense stress at the end of an otherwise lovely holiday.\n\nUpdate: despite comment from them below they haven’t got in touch. Another example of their terrible customer service!

Наш рейс в Барселону задерживался из-за погодных условий, была гроза, об этом я вовремя уведомила диспетчера. Мне ответили, что не о чем беспокоится, водитель вас подождет. По прилету : ни водителя, ни такси.\n\nСвязавшись с водителем, получили непонятный ответ, но нам пообещали машину в течении 4 мин. Мы прождали около 20 мин(это ночь и у нас ребенок с температурой) начали звонить водителю, он не отвечал, стали набирать диспетчера - то же самое, потом пришла смс с ответом, якобы по причине задержки рейса мы(kiwi taxi) отменили ваш заказ и при этом с нас сняли 75 евро( в аэропорту такси дешевле на 30!!! евро. Все наши требования об возврате денег остались не выполненными. Сказали, что это наши проблемы. Так что, если ваш рейс опаздываете и вы не хотите переплачивать исключите это службу такси со своего списка. МОШЕННИКИ и все тут.

We recently booked through kiwitaxi for a transfer from malaga ,but we cancelled for which I have the emails and booked through hoppa .The driver from kiwitaxi must not have got the cancellation and still phoned my phone and asked me where I was as he was waiting,I explained to him we got our taxi already through another firm ,,hoppa. He started shouting at me and then used foul language to which I hung up . I contacted their customer service and explained what happened and provide the cancellation emails ,all they kept saying was do you still need the return journey transfer and the behaviour of their driver was overlooked ,I would not use this firm for that reason ,I know every company has 1 or 2 rude people but it was how their customer service handled it . \n\nUPDATE \nThis company customer service has still not got in touch with me 1 month after they said they would ,,and I\u0027ve been charged for the privilege of This terrible service !!
