NEVER use this company.. They are totally unreliable. We made our reservations through a travel agent weeks in advance and prepaid and were left stranded in Strasbourg at night with no transportation. Reaching a representative was almost impossible and all we got was a recorded message in rapid French and a text saying they did not have an available car.. A week later when the hotel tried to confirm our reservation to the airport, once again they \u0022did not have an available car\u0022. We were out a total of 92 euros on alternative taxi fares and received rather less that that back from the company . Our travel agent was also horrified at such shabby service and has spread the word to other travel agents to beware of Kiwi taxis,

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!! these were poorly coordinated on pick up. driver was not on time and didn\u0027t speak English or even the local language. didn\u0027t know where he was going we had to google the address on his phone so he had google maps on. if that wasn\u0027t bad enough we then had a \u0027no show\u0027 on collection for travel back to airport. trying to speak with someone was a challenge on it\u0027s own. the numbers provided via email to speak direct to the driver is a waste of time and a joke. not one spoke English and when we got a local to translate for us they said they wernt even speaking french sounded like Ukrainian. all we could get from them was \u002210 minutes, 10 minutes\u0022. that turned in to 60 minutes and still know show. was forced to get reception to book us a taxi that was there in no time and worked out cheaper KIWITAXI. My honest advice would be to never use these and get an UBER or local driver from reception. both worked out cheaper.
