Excellent service in Crete - we ordered a taxi for travel between Heraklion and Rethymnon - clean taxi on time and pleasant and polite driver. Reasonable value for money for our party of 5.

Perfect quality but expensive

All procedures incl. the easy online registration, close tracking, timely appointment, condition of the cab and the driver were all perfect. It was very comfortable for me to use Kiwitaxi at my first visit to Varna, but the price is 2.5 times higher than the local comparable cabs. Therefore, I will not use Kiwitaxi for my second visits.

The driver came to pick us up at the agreed time, was very friendly and helpful and left us in front of the door of our apartment. An excellent service.

Driver was waiting with the sign exactly on time and at the location mentioned in the confirmation letter. Car was excellent \u0026 service was satisfactory

Alles perfekt, von der Buchung über pünktliche Abholung und Rückfahrt nach Treviso Flughafen. Beide Fahrer sehr freundlich, Fahrzeug sehr gepflegt. Das nächste Mal wieder Kiwitaxi.

During out visit to Istanbul

During out visit to Istanbul, we were stopped by a policeman before boarding the van at the airport saying it is illegal. The policeman took my passport however the agent spoke to the policeman and later returned my passport. It is embarrassing and scary as we ordered the transport through the website and we assumed everything is professionally taken care.

Prepaid car did not show up

Ordered 2.5 long transfer tonthe airport in Georgia... got in touch withbdriver, all good... on the day if departure, it is 7:00 am and there is no car, phone is not picked up and Instand there with two kids. Note that I orepaid their service and chosen top package. \n\nThey did not help tonsearch for replcement ASAP, but just “sincerely apologised”. Money were refunded, but noncompensarion for bad service whatsoever...
