Dieron un buen servicio. Tanto en la ida como en la vuelta.\nPara viajar del hotel en París a Orly, había mucho tráfico y el coche se retrasó más de media hora. El conductor hizo todo lo que pudo para que llegaramos con tiempo suficiente para coger nuestro vuelo. Muy profesional.\nPero contactar con ellos por telefono me ha costado más de 13 € por que la llamada es a Rusia, así que si usan su servicio eviten llamarles por teléfono..

I was stranded at CDG airport for 45 mind with no help from Kiwitaxi, for an overpriced service to reach 1hr late, despite booking 3days in advance! I landed at CDG and still no driver details. So I called the dispatcher who was v.rude and kept cutting my call. He mismanaged this so much that instead of leaving at 10:45am, I left at 11:30am. He didn’t give me driver’s details or where I should meet the driver. The poor driver himself tried to coordinate, but we had language problems. Also, by then the dispatcher recognized my number and chose to hang up on me. V.unprofessional service.\nNever again!

I made 2 reservations for airport translation. Each time our driver was not be there. We are waiting 45mn each time.

Mixed Experience... Poor resolution to complaint

We had a great transfer from Venice to San Candido at the start of our holiday, with an experienced driver. However the return trip was not so good, inexperienced driver, who didn\u0027t really know where he was going (after his SatNav failed). We only just arrived in time to Venice Marco Polo. We were offered a $10 compensation for at $400 trip. I will be using another service next time simply because of the way they handled our complaint.

Too exiting trip in Paris

Booked a trip online from a hotel near Gare de Lyon in Paris to Versailles. Got a call minutes after from Russia that since the trip was urgent (+10 hours from the time that I booked it..) they would have to see what they could do. They found a car. And what a car.. Next morning a very old, banged up, cigarette-smelling Mercedes without any taxi signs showed up. The driver looked like he had had quite a rough night. But since we needed to be in our destination on time, we got into the \u0022cab\u0022. On the way the driver struggled hard to stay awake, pulled over to get some medications and took a couple of power naps at the traffic lights. In general a quite exiting trip through Paris\u0027 traffic going from left to right. \nLooking through the other reviews here we may have been very unlucky. \nOn our way back we used a taxi from Paris Taxi. With a driver that was awake and even could communicate in English. The price was more or less the same.

the car class was lower then ordered, strange jokes from the taxi driver, very risky driving, overtaking in the oncoming lane, violation of driving rules

The driver was punctual and travel went in good time.\nWhat I did not like was that while driving he was texting as well as talking on the mobile phone several times also when the traffic was busy.\nThis is forbidden in many countries for good reasons.\nThis draws down my grading of the experience.

During out visit to Istanbul

During out visit to Istanbul, we were stopped by a policeman before boarding the van at the airport saying it is illegal. The policeman took my passport however the agent spoke to the policeman and later returned my passport. It is embarrassing and scary as we ordered the transport through the website and we assumed everything is professionally taken care.
