Drivers are always waiting for us at the airport. No hustle. We get nice taxi\u0027s too.

We paid £38 via this app for a Kiwi Taxi Service. No one was at the airport to meet us. We called the driver and dispatch. We were eventually collected 35 minutes late. We then had to walk half a kilometre in wintery weather to an old car. The driver was using social media apps on his phone when driving at high speeds. He did not have any change at our destination and we were forced to give him the money.\nOn filing a complaint to Kiwi Taxi’s they started a campaign of email looping and are still avoiding the issue. \n\nUber / Ghett taxi from the airport are a fraction of the price.

The driver was punctual and travel went in good time.\nWhat I did not like was that while driving he was texting as well as talking on the mobile phone several times also when the traffic was busy.\nThis is forbidden in many countries for good reasons.\nThis draws down my grading of the experience.

Everything was first class from arriving in Bodrum and the transfer to and from our hotel back to the airport. I would have no hesitation in using Kiwi taxis in any future holidays.

They cancelled our transfer in Barcelona at the last minute due to protesters that were no where near our hotel. We had to call around looking for a ride and stressing because they put the worry in us. Found a local taxi company that was cheaper.
