On time clean vehicle and welcoming driver, made our start of holiday get off to a stress free start.

We are currently in Vietnam and booked with Kiwitaxi to take 4 of us with luggage roughly 4 hours up the coast. We received the confirmation email the day before and all was good until roughly 1 hour before departure when we received a standard text stating we regret to inform you we do not have a driver so we have cancelled the booking.\n\nFortunately we have the resources and the time to book an alternate transfer from a local agent however it meant a couple of hours delay, a more expensive service, not getting the vehicle we wanted and obviously unnecessary stress at a time you only want to relax.\n\nWhat is even more galling is the fact they were quick to take our money but in the follow up email it states we will need to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund which could be a real problem if you dont have the resources to wait around for it.\n\nObviouly we will not use them again and would advise anyone who has a flight or fixed connection to have a backup plan just in case.

I was stranded at CDG airport for 45 mind with no help from Kiwitaxi, for an overpriced service to reach 1hr late, despite booking 3days in advance! I landed at CDG and still no driver details. So I called the dispatcher who was v.rude and kept cutting my call. He mismanaged this so much that instead of leaving at 10:45am, I left at 11:30am. He didn’t give me driver’s details or where I should meet the driver. The poor driver himself tried to coordinate, but we had language problems. Also, by then the dispatcher recognized my number and chose to hang up on me. V.unprofessional service.\nNever again!

Great taxi service. Transfer from Phnom Penh airport to Sihanoukville. \nThe driver was waiting with a sign at arrivals. Very friendly chap. Despite the chaos in the roads, we felt very safe. Great value for money.

Kiwi taxi.. not reliable

I have booked their taxi service 24 hours before the flight and i have been assured that someone will be waiting for us in destination airport, with a name card. I gave my credit card details and everything that person from live chat asked in order to secure the service as we will be very tired after the flight at 5am. At the end of 24 hour flight, I arrived with my family and waiting there for someone from kiwitaxi to show up. After an hour of exhausting waiting, i decided to get on to internet and find out whats happening as my family was very tired after the very long flight. Have to purchase internet in airport as i didnt have my internet set up in destination country. I logged in online to have a live chat. The person informed that my taxi is cancelled due to i didnt verify the email that they sent 10 hours after i booked the service, while i was on the plane. She didnt offer any alternative service the rectify the issue or support us. I found this service so unproffessional and not trustable as the person making the booking didnt informed me about the verification email and assured me that it is all set.
