Awful experience with Kiwitaxi. Having arrived at Milan airport, no driver was there to meet us, having then rang the driver and the company itself we were told there was no driver to come for us and they had cancelled the job, without letting us know. We had received a confirmation email two days prior as well. Would never use this company again, awful customer service.

Hello.! NEVER!Do not take Kiwitaxi EVER! FLIGHT was CANCELLED FROM KRAKOW TO Dubrovnik. The taxi driver did not even leave, did not spend a cent, and I was charged 54 euros! It\u0027s a shame to profit from the troubles of others! The money is not returned, one verbiage. Drive in the neck of this\u0022 KIWI taxi\u0022

Avoid!!!!!!! Transfer booked from lucca to Pisa airport. Kiwi cancelled the transfer at 5am the morning of the transfer which was booked for 10am but did not text only email. We had had an email and text confirming the transfer at 11pm the night before so assumed everything was ok and didn’t check emails in the morning. They could have at least sent a text! Also wonder what on earth can have changed between 11pm-5am. Presumably they never had any intention of fulfilling it. Left me without a way to get to the airport which I only realised when they didn’t show up at 10am as agreed. I spoke no Italian and was basically stranded. In the end had to pay 4x price for two taxis instead last minute but no other choice. Worst part was that I had reserved a baby car seat but no taxis had this at the last minute so the baby had to sit on my lap the entire drive which clearly isn’t anywhere near as safe. Appalling customer service. Caused immense stress at the end of an otherwise lovely holiday.\n\nUpdate: despite comment from them below they haven’t got in touch. Another example of their terrible customer service!

Наш рейс в Барселону задерживался из-за погодных условий, была гроза, об этом я вовремя уведомила диспетчера. Мне ответили, что не о чем беспокоится, водитель вас подождет. По прилету : ни водителя, ни такси.\n\nСвязавшись с водителем, получили непонятный ответ, но нам пообещали машину в течении 4 мин. Мы прождали около 20 мин(это ночь и у нас ребенок с температурой) начали звонить водителю, он не отвечал, стали набирать диспетчера - то же самое, потом пришла смс с ответом, якобы по причине задержки рейса мы(kiwi taxi) отменили ваш заказ и при этом с нас сняли 75 евро( в аэропорту такси дешевле на 30!!! евро. Все наши требования об возврате денег остались не выполненными. Сказали, что это наши проблемы. Так что, если ваш рейс опаздываете и вы не хотите переплачивать исключите это службу такси со своего списка. МОШЕННИКИ и все тут.

We recently booked through kiwitaxi for a transfer from malaga ,but we cancelled for which I have the emails and booked through hoppa .The driver from kiwitaxi must not have got the cancellation and still phoned my phone and asked me where I was as he was waiting,I explained to him we got our taxi already through another firm ,,hoppa. He started shouting at me and then used foul language to which I hung up . I contacted their customer service and explained what happened and provide the cancellation emails ,all they kept saying was do you still need the return journey transfer and the behaviour of their driver was overlooked ,I would not use this firm for that reason ,I know every company has 1 or 2 rude people but it was how their customer service handled it . \n\nUPDATE \nThis company customer service has still not got in touch with me 1 month after they said they would ,,and I\u0027ve been charged for the privilege of This terrible service !!

НИКОГДА не пользуйтесь услугами этой псевдофирмы. Все это явный и наглый развод. Они испортили нам поездку в Париж, как только могли. \nНикто вас не встретит. Они будут вам всячески врать. И никак даже не постараются ни решить ваш вопрос, ни помочь вам. Краткое описание их \u0022услуг\u0022:\n\nМы прилетели в Париж, и естественно, нас никто не встретил. Я позвонил диспетчеру (в роуминге, недешево), который мне постоянно врал. Сначала он сказал, что водитель уже долгое время ждет, и видимо, отошел. Сейчас он (диспетчер) свяжется с водителем, все узнает и мне перезвонят. Проходит 15 (!!!) минут (вы прекрасно понимаете, что в такой ситуации это вечность, тут все решается максимум за минуту) - НИКТО не звонит, ничего не происходит. Я за это время, принимая за правду то, что он мне сказал, наматываю по аэропорту круги - может он где-то не там нас ждет. В результате, я понимаю, что никого нет - и звоню второй раз. И что бы вы думали? Этот же красавец говорит мне, что \u0022водителя еще нет, он, ВЕРОЯТНО скоро приедет, подождите\u0022 !!! Это как вам? А ПОСЛЕ этого, на третий раз, он говорит, что нам уже много раз звонили какие-то \u0022девочки\u0022. Я не знаю, какие девочки, и куда звонили, но нам никто не звонил абсолютно точно. Т.е. это он мне соврал уже в третий раз. И тут уж я не выдержал, и назвал его самым МЯГКИМ словом, которого он заслуживал. После чего он тут же перезвонил мне (оказывается, и номер знал, и позвонить мог! Но не делал этого долгое время, а ссылался на каких-то девочек) и начал откровенно ругаться. Естественно, дальше я не захотел иметь ничего общего ни с ним, ни с этой так называемой \u0022фирмой\u0022. И прекрасно добрался сам за те же деньги.\n\nИ кстати, интересно, как нас прокатили с обратным трансфером. Телефон все время был включен. Я ждал, чтобы поговорить с адекватным человеком, выяснить, что же все-таки случилось по прилету, и если все нормально, то подтвердить трансфер. Но эта прекрасная \u0022фирма\u0022 и тут себя великолепно проявила - мне НИКТО НЕ ЗВОНИЛ, а просто нагло прислали смс-ку \u0022Вы не подтвердили бронь, заказ отменен\u0022. И не надо мне говорить, что мне опять звонили какие-то девочки. Почему-то смс-ки с отказами исправно на мой телефон доходили, и когда на меня надо было поругаться - все тоже тут же находили мой номер.\nВот правда об этой так называемой \u0022фирме\u0022 и о ее работниках. \nНИКОГДА НЕ ДОВЕРЯЙТЕСЬ ЭТИМ ... (каждый добавляет сам в меру своей распущенности)

Tenía contratado un transfer con Kiwitaxi desde el centro de Estambul al aeropuerto para el pasado día 13 a las 09:40 A.M. Unas pocas horas antes Kiwitaxi me comunica que no pueden darme el servicio porque carecen de coche. Me dejaron literalmente tirado y casi sin tiempo para ir al aeropuerto. Afortunadamente, a pesar de la premura de tiempo, pude conseguir otro traslado con otra empresa. \nSi no queréis quedaros colgados, ¡ni se os ocurra contratar un transfer con Kiwitaxi !\nActualización el 30-04-2019: el booking number es №1067389.\nActualización el 09-06-2019: han pasado 40 días desde que envié mi booking number a Kiwitaxi y me indicaron que me contactarían pronto (we are definitely clear the situation; we will touch you soon). Por supuesto, Kiwitaxi no ha vuelto a dar señales de vida. Es decir, siguen sin cumplir con nada de lo que prometen: te dejan colgado sin transfer, te dejan colgado sin las respuestas que dicen que te van a dar...\nUnos auténticos timadores (a los hechos me remito). \n¡ Ni se os ocurra contratar un servicio con Kiwitaxi !

No driver

No driver waiting. No response to either of the 2 phone numbers they provided. After contacting Kiwitaxi customer service we waited 45 minutes and after they had still not been able to advise where the driver was we gave up and got a taxi. Finally after an hour I received an email from Kiwitaxi to say the driver was in the ‘smoking area’ and because I apparently was not willing to wait in the airport for an hour for them to track down the driver they refused to refund. Obviously I would never trust this company again.

Very Poor Service Recovery

We waited for hours for our driver to come, the driver did not show up (or if he did- it was ever so briefly, in a place where we could not find him), the company would not help us to find another car, we were several hours late to our next location, and the company still charged us for the ride. I\u0027ve tried to raise the decision to a higher level to help them understand their mistake before writing this review, to no avail.\n\nKiwi works well, if you are able to locate your driver. If you are unable to connect with your driver within 15 minutes, you are screwed. Rather than saying when they discover the problem - “oh no! I’m so sorry that this happened. Let me call the driver, find out where he is and help you to connect.” The company will instead, inform you that he left, not help you to find another driver, and will launch an impersonal investigation to prove that it is your fault. All the driver has to do is take a picture of himself there, call you long enough to show that he dialed your number, take a screenshot, and the fault is the customers. \n\nIf you book with Kiwi, HIGHLY recommend that you take time-stamped pictures of yourself, screenshots every time you call the driver and he does not pick up, and get witness signatures of everyone around you as well as their names and phone numbers, so that you have enough evidence to prove how hard you tried to find the driver and that you were there the whole time. And then you MIGHT have a chance of avoiding a charge for a ride that did not come. ( Or, you could just choose another service, which is what I will do in the future.)

Nicht zu empfehlen für Transfer Airport Hotel . In Saigon ganz schlechter Service nicht erschienen und dann lange Email Diskussion das es ein Kunden Fehler war man hätte den Fahrer ja anrufen können. Preise dazu noch überteuerten.
