NO UTILIZAR UN TIMO, me han cobrado 2 veces el mismo trayecto que ellos mismos han cancelado. \nEspero que me devuelvan mis 95.88€ y también 47€ que han cargado en tarjeta.\nReserva 1309867\nNUNCA VOLVERÉ A UTILIZARLOS los trayectos en taxi convencional me han costado 30€ y 39€\nESTAFADORES

The service was great. Driver was on time. He knew English language, it was plus point for conversation.

Dieron un buen servicio. Tanto en la ida como en la vuelta.\nPara viajar del hotel en París a Orly, había mucho tráfico y el coche se retrasó más de media hora. El conductor hizo todo lo que pudo para que llegaramos con tiempo suficiente para coger nuestro vuelo. Muy profesional.\nPero contactar con ellos por telefono me ha costado más de 13 € por que la llamada es a Rusia, así que si usan su servicio eviten llamarles por teléfono..

On time clean vehicle and welcoming driver, made our start of holiday get off to a stress free start.

Cancelled 1 hour before pickup.

We are currently in Vietnam and booked with Kiwitaxi to take 4 of us with luggage roughly 4 hours up the coast. We received the confirmation email the day before and all was good until roughly 1 hour before departure when we received a standard text stating we regret to inform you we do not have a driver so we have cancelled the booking.\n\nFortunately we have the resources and the time to book an alternate transfer from a local agent however it meant a couple of hours delay, a more expensive service, not getting the vehicle we wanted and obviously unnecessary stress at a time you only want to relax.\n\nWhat is even more galling is the fact they were quick to take our money but in the follow up email it states we will need to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund which could be a real problem if you dont have the resources to wait around for it.\n\nObviouly we will not use them again and would advise anyone who has a flight or fixed connection to have a backup plan just in case.

Best one! Timely .. very polite drivers... if yr race is postpone kiwi vares about it... so very much recomended!
