Here is how our transfer to Cambodia from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville went: After spending a night with vomiting and diarrhea, in the early morning I advised the contact on Whatsapp (Alex) that we could not leave and if it was possible to leave the next day. After a while Alex tells me that it is possible to leave the next day and that since the driver in the meantime had in any case arrived at the hotel, to pay half of the amount due and the other half the next day. Alex, however, did not warn us that we would also be charged the sum for changing the last date. In fact, in addition to having paid $ 406 to the driver in cash, after a few weeks I was charged another 406 on the credit card! I understand that there are the terms and conditions, but if I had known before paying double (in total I spent 812 usd !!!) for example I could have chosen to take a flight and therefore not to go by car! I contacted the support, talked to Olga Tuktarova but no possibility of a refund. In addition, Alex admitted that he does not know Kiwitaxi\u0027s policies because he is part of a partner in Cambodia. In fact, Olga confirms that the transfer the next day was organized by a partner and not by Kiwitaxi. But I paid for Kiwitaxi not for a partner! Never again, cheaters and incompetent! If you need a transfer, choose another operator!

This company (and partners) are terrible - don’t use them!

This company is horrendous. They and their partners are untrustworthy and a liability. I booked a transfer with them from GVA. I attached at the airport with my 3 young children and the driver didn’t show up. When we called we initially couldn’t get through to anyone on the numbers provided. When we eventually got through to them they told us they had cancelled the booking, apologised and told us we’d get a refund in 5-10 days!! They left us stranded at the airport!!!\n\nDo not use them. They are a scam and a shambles.

Disgusting service, unprofessional, poor communication and unreliable... avoid avoid avoid!!! \n\nBooked a journey from Geneva airport to Samoens online via Hoppa, received confirmation all was in place. I even called after to be sure as it was a busy time and was assured the booking was confirmed which was a total LIE. Kiwi abandoned my client at the airport and we didn\u0027t even get a cancellation notice, email, text, call, nothing, just left them there and became defensive when I challenged about the lack of notification. \n\nWill never ever use them again.

Expensive joke

We booked 3 trips in Thailand at their website. It wasn\u0027t easy for us to fill in the addresses because these are very long and complicated in Thailand, so we took over the address from our travel documents with an addition of the name of the port. The day after we received a mail that 2 of the destination addresses were incorrect and needs to be corrected. You can easily change this in your account but have to pay USD 35 per change! This feels like being robbed, so we cancelled all the trips with Kiwi Taxi and won\u0027t consider this company ever again.
