Driver was terribly rude; avoid

I booked a taxi to take me and my family from CDG to Paris. We had a slight mixup with the driver about where to meet in the terminal. This led to a slight delay, no more than 10 minutes. The driver was furious about this, and he was rude and aggressive. It was ridiculous and frankly a bit frightening. Avoid at all costs.

Wir hatten zwei Tage im Voraus für unsren Abreisetag um 4:15 Uhr Morgens ein Taxi von Ferragudo zum Flughafen Faro bestellt (meine erste Buchung bei Kiwitaxi). Wir erhielten die Bestätigung, dass unser Fahrer zu diesem Zeitpunkt eintreffen und mich über meine Telefonnummer kontaktieren würde. Nachdem wir keinen weiteren Kontakt erhalten hatten, gingen wir davon aus, dass dies der Fall sein werde.\n\nWir trafen um 4:10 Uhr am vereinbarten Ort ein. Wir warteten bis 4:25 und beschlossen, den Dispatcher unter der uns zur Verfügung gestellten Nummer anzurufen. Nachdem dieser den Fahrer kontaktierte, wurde uns gesagt, dass er anscheinend „Autoprobleme“ hatte (meiner Meinung nach ein trauriger Euphemismus für Verschlafen/Vergessen) und auch der Zentrale nicht Bescheid gesagt hatte. Die Person am Telefon versprach uns, uns in 10 Minuten abzuholen, was - zum Glück für uns - geklappt hat.\n\nAufgrund dieser Verspätung kamen wir 5 Minuten zu spät zum Einchecken am Flughafen an, was wir erst nach einiger Diskussion mit dem Flughafenmitarbeiter tun konnten.\n\nWenn wir den Dispatcher nicht angerufen und stattdessen naiv auf die Ankunft unseres Fahrers gewartet hätten, wenn dieser Dispatcher uns nicht in 10 Minuten abgeholt hätte und wir nicht in der Lage gewesen wären, auch nach der üblichen Frist von 2 Stunden einzuchecken, hätten wir unseren Flug verpasst und einen anderen buchen müssen.\n\nAuf meine Beschwerde beim Kundenservice sowie die Bitte um Entschädigung für den Stress und die kaum stattgefundene Leistung folgte nur eine standardisierte Entschuldigung und ein Gutschein über 20$ (16,90€) auf unsere nächste Buchung - als ob ich jemals wieder dort buchen werde, den Stress kann ich mir sparen.

La pire expérience en la matière!\nJ’ai réservé via Kiwitaxi un transport de l’aeroport De Barcelone El prat à Cambrils. \nJ’ai également payé le supplément pour que le chauffeur soit sur place avec un panneau et attende ma jeune sœur qui est étudiante. \nLe chauffeur est arrivé en retard et par conséquent personne n’était la pour prendre ma sœur en charge!\nIl arrive avec 15 min de retard et embarque les passagers. A mi route il annonce un supplément qui n’avait pas été négocié au préalable! Un numéro Russe me contacte et me dis que si je ne paie pas le supplément demande, ils laisseront ma sœur sur le bord de la route! Je n’ai jamais vu ni vécu tel chantage auparavant! Scandaleux!

Вовремя отменил трансфер из Бангкока в Паттайю, но денег так мне вернули(автомат отвечал,что возврат денег может длиться до 2-ух месяцев,прошло 2 месяца.Номер заказа: 1360300.на мой запрос ,автоматически отвечают мнгновено(К сожалению, на данный момент мы испытываем некоторые технические трудности. Чтобы получить возврат, вам необходимо запросить в вашем банке чарджбэк. \nBest regards / С уважением\nKiwiTaxi Team)Это мошенники, других слов нет,не связывайтесь с этой конторой!!!

Here is how our transfer to Cambodia from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville went: After spending a night with vomiting and diarrhea, in the early morning I advised the contact on Whatsapp (Alex) that we could not leave and if it was possible to leave the next day. After a while Alex tells me that it is possible to leave the next day and that since the driver in the meantime had in any case arrived at the hotel, to pay half of the amount due and the other half the next day. Alex, however, did not warn us that we would also be charged the sum for changing the last date. In fact, in addition to having paid $ 406 to the driver in cash, after a few weeks I was charged another 406 on the credit card! I understand that there are the terms and conditions, but if I had known before paying double (in total I spent 812 usd !!!) for example I could have chosen to take a flight and therefore not to go by car! I contacted the support, talked to Olga Tuktarova but no possibility of a refund. In addition, Alex admitted that he does not know Kiwitaxi\u0027s policies because he is part of a partner in Cambodia. In fact, Olga confirms that the transfer the next day was organized by a partner and not by Kiwitaxi. But I paid for Kiwitaxi not for a partner! Never again, cheaters and incompetent! If you need a transfer, choose another operator!

This company is horrendous. They and their partners are untrustworthy and a liability. I booked a transfer with them from GVA. I attached at the airport with my 3 young children and the driver didn’t show up. When we called we initially couldn’t get through to anyone on the numbers provided. When we eventually got through to them they told us they had cancelled the booking, apologised and told us we’d get a refund in 5-10 days!! They left us stranded at the airport!!!\n\nDo not use them. They are a scam and a shambles.

Disgusting service, unprofessional, poor communication and unreliable... avoid avoid avoid!!! \n\nBooked a journey from Geneva airport to Samoens online via Hoppa, received confirmation all was in place. I even called after to be sure as it was a busy time and was assured the booking was confirmed which was a total LIE. Kiwi abandoned my client at the airport and we didn\u0027t even get a cancellation notice, email, text, call, nothing, just left them there and became defensive when I challenged about the lack of notification. \n\nWill never ever use them again.

We booked 3 trips in Thailand at their website. It wasn\u0027t easy for us to fill in the addresses because these are very long and complicated in Thailand, so we took over the address from our travel documents with an addition of the name of the port. The day after we received a mail that 2 of the destination addresses were incorrect and needs to be corrected. You can easily change this in your account but have to pay USD 35 per change! This feels like being robbed, so we cancelled all the trips with Kiwi Taxi and won\u0027t consider this company ever again.

NO UTILIZAR UN TIMO, me han cobrado 2 veces el mismo trayecto que ellos mismos han cancelado. \nEspero que me devuelvan mis 95.88€ y también 47€ que han cargado en tarjeta.\nReserva 1309867\nNUNCA VOLVERÉ A UTILIZARLOS los trayectos en taxi convencional me han costado 30€ y 39€\nESTAFADORES
