Все, кто летит отдыхать в Черногорию, будьте осторожны! Похоже, у них работает только один таксист на всю Черногорию! Если серьёзно, трансфер №1210196 заказывал такси из аэропорта Тиват за два дня! Присылали кучу смс и уведомлений, звонили и уточняли лично, всё ли в силе! И вот настал решающий момент: вылетаем в Тиват в 13:15 и в тот же день в 6:22 приходит сообщение: Не можем выполнить заказ №1210196! Пытаюсь найти замену, но уже мало времени, приходят отказы, звоню в Киви-такси, там мне отвечают, что таксист отказался. Хорошо, говорю, а замену можете найти? НЕТ! Так что, граждане туристы, вылетающие в Черногорию, будьте осторожны! Если у вас трансфер рано утром в аэропорт и таксист забил на вас, альтернатив не будет, спасение утопающих - дело рук самих утопающих! А администрации Киви такси огромный привет! За отдельное вознаграждение могу предоставить точку, где дежурят таксисты в Будве, желающие за 20€ отвезти вас в аэропорт или забрать! Если кадров не хватает!

Dommage qu\u0027on puisse pas mettre 0 étoile... 3h du matin en Espagne, on attend notre chauffeur pendant 30 min, aucune nouvelle on appel l\u0027agence de taxi pour qu\u0027ils nous expliquent comment résoudre notre problème de taxi vu que notre avion était à 1h de route et décollait à 6h30. Le garçon au téléphone, bien endormi nous dit poliment \u0022Le client à annulé aujourd\u0027hui à midi\u0022 (vérification faite avec mon compte, mon mail et mon portable) je n\u0027ai en aucun cas annulé mon transfert, je lui demande une solution il m\u0027a répondu \u0022Je peux pas vous aidez, débrouillez vous\u0022 Merci a une agence local de nous avoir pris à 3h45 du matin... Prepaid car did not show up

Ordered 2.5 long transfer tonthe airport in Georgia... got in touch withbdriver, all good... on the day if departure, it is 7:00 am and there is no car, phone is not picked up and Instand there with two kids. Note that I orepaid their service and chosen top package. \n\nThey did not help tonsearch for replcement ASAP, but just “sincerely apologised”. Money were refunded, but noncompensarion for bad service whatsoever...

These people are dishonest. Avoid at all cost.\nOur driver was stopped by the police at the border from Azerbaijan to Georgia leaving us stranded there. Fortunately, some kind people recognized us from a tour the day before and picked us up to take us over the border where we were able to find alternative transportation. The taxi company\u0027s \u0022quality control\u0022 department then sent us an email to see that we had left with friends! Outrageous.

I booked a transfer with over size luggage, two boxed bicycles, after several emails with the company regarding size of the boxes and the appropriate vehicle. I added a note to my booking advising the luggage was bicycles. The driver arrived and verbally abused me for providing a wrong pick up address ( I provided the address used on the location website). He was loudly shouting and aggressive and refused to take us although I had paid in advance. His van was big enough for our luggage. He also insisted I had not paid and implied I’d need to pay more. A local bystander told me he was swearing at me in Russian. I let the company know what was going on and emailed requesting my money back as service booked was not provided. Absolutely no response from them. I have since discovered the fee they charged me was roughly double what a local taxi would charge. Very unimpressed and obviously suggest you can do better than use this company

Do not use this company!!!!! Myself and my familiy booked a RETURN transfer with them on our recent holiday to majorca, a few days after booking my dad received an email to say that the booking could not be fufiled and a FULL refund was going to be given to us, this was disappointing in itself as we had to then arrange an alternate return transfer with another company. Whist on holiday the MORNING BEFORE we were due to travel home, my dad turned on his roaming data to check details of our transfer with the other company, he had an email from Kiwi giving details of our pick up. He then rang them to tell them there must be some mistake as it had been cancelled to be told it was only the pick up from the airport that had been cancelled and not the return. He was then told he had been charged over 100 euros for the service and there was no way of receiving a refund for this, even though we had given a day\u0027s notice and that the transfer was not needed. At no point did we get told that our return transfer was going ahead, and by them saying that we were getting a full refund, we assumed they meant full and not part!!! There excuse is that the pick up and return transfers had 2 different booking numbers...as obviously we were supposed to know this when we booked it as one booking!!! After several calls and emails to the customer service department they are still unwilling to offer an sort of refund, and think its acceptable to steal over 100 euros for a service they did not provide. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!\n\nUpdate...the company have not not been in contact and have no intentions of resolving this matter. There terms and conditions state that if the transfer is cancelled within 24 hours, a full refund will be given. We contacted the company 24 hours before to tell them we didn\u0027t want the transfer, as we didn\u0027t even know it was still going ahead, and they have still taken over 100 euros, with no intentions of returning it. Scammers!!!

Заказывали с молодым человеком трансфер на Кипре. Водитель кивитакси не захотел искать наш отель несмотря на то что ему был предоставлен адрес и даже геометка расположения отеля. Видимо ему было просто лень объезжать улицу с односторонним движением и искать подъезд к отелю и он высадил нас гед попало. Пришлось искать отель самостоятельно на 30 градусной жаре и с 2 чемоданами. Но это еще не все наши злоключения с этой компанией. За такой недотрансфер с нас содрали на 10 евро больше чем было указано на сайте киви такси. Связался с поддержкой сервиса но они не только не вернули деньги за не выполненный трансфер но даже не смогли внятно объяснить почему фактическая цена трансфера отличается от того что было указано на сайте при бронировании! Никому не рекомендую этот сервис.

NEVER use this company.. They are totally unreliable. We made our reservations through a travel agent weeks in advance and prepaid and were left stranded in Strasbourg at night with no transportation. Reaching a representative was almost impossible and all we got was a recorded message in rapid French and a text saying they did not have an available car.. A week later when the hotel tried to confirm our reservation to the airport, once again they \u0022did not have an available car\u0022. We were out a total of 92 euros on alternative taxi fares and received rather less that that back from the company . Our travel agent was also horrified at such shabby service and has spread the word to other travel agents to beware of Kiwi taxis,

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!! these were poorly coordinated on pick up. driver was not on time and didn\u0027t speak English or even the local language. didn\u0027t know where he was going we had to google the address on his phone so he had google maps on. if that wasn\u0027t bad enough we then had a \u0027no show\u0027 on collection for travel back to airport. trying to speak with someone was a challenge on it\u0027s own. the numbers provided via email to speak direct to the driver is a waste of time and a joke. not one spoke English and when we got a local to translate for us they said they wernt even speaking french sounded like Ukrainian. all we could get from them was \u002210 minutes, 10 minutes\u0022. that turned in to 60 minutes and still know show. was forced to get reception to book us a taxi that was there in no time and worked out cheaper KIWITAXI. My honest advice would be to never use these and get an UBER or local driver from reception. both worked out cheaper.

Buenas tardes quiero poner una reclamación,al llegar al aeropuerto nos dejaron tirados,dos horas esperando CON UN BEBE DE 5 MESES,tuve que llamar a varios numeros de telefono que me ponian en mi reserva de kiwitaxi y aunque me decian que pulsara el 2 para español ahi nadie sabia hablar español(cuando vi las llamadas habia llamado a Rusia y a Nuevayork)a saber que me cuestan esas llamadas desde España,al final llamé tambien al numero de edreams el chico diciendome que ya llegaba mi coche privado que esperara en la calle que ahora me decia la matricula y yo venga esperar en la calle y preguntar coche por coche si era mi traslado(no se porque me dijo eso si no habia ningun coche en camino)al final tras dos horas al telefono me pagaron un taxi nada que ver con el coche que ponia en mi reserva(similar al ford galaxi)para ir al hotel que fueron 28 euros tarifa de dia y 35,40 euros el dia de vuelta del hotel al aeropuerto(tarifa de noche)cosa que yo no entiendo porque me cobrasteis a mi mas de 100 euros de esos dos traslados NO LO ENTIENDO me parece un timo y espero una contestacion ya que finalmente me llamaron de vuestra compañia una chica española y dice que no entiende tampoco lo que nos ha pasado y que el traslado suele ser mas barato que un taxi que tendria que haberme costado 20 euros no esa barbaridad esta chica os ha mandado un escrito y todavía no le habéis contestado espero respuesta o me vere obligada a denunciar al consumidor ya que me parece muy muy fuerte lo que nos hicisteis y encima que me cobreis el triple,dos dias antes chateé por vuestro chat y me confirmaron mis datos y mi recogida del aeropuerto y recogida del hotel no se porque nos dejaron tirados sin número de teléfono español y contándonos tanto,exijo contestación,explicación y devolución del dinero \nAmparo Sancho molina teléfono 633362150
