отличный сервис для бронирования трансферов

Спасибо, водитель приехал даже чуть раньше заявленного времени, накануне нам звонил оператор и согласовывал время приезда водителя, все очень четко и организованно, наша семья выражает Вам огромную благодарность за Вашу работу, мы много путешествуем и впредь обязательно будем пользоваться Вашими услугами.

Встретили в аэропорту Парижа вовремя, водитель ждал с именной табличкой на месте встречи, помог загрузить багаж. По пути в отель немного рассказал о Париже, так как я впервые была в этом городе, посоветовал булочные, где продают вкуснейший багет) все понравилось, спасибо!

I had made a reservation for a transfer between 2 London airports for 9 people: 285 € for the month of July 2020. With the covid, I requested the cancellation within the deadlines in April). Cancelled my booking in April, and haven’t received my money eversince. No answers on my emails, and help desk can’t help me. What an awful company!

I used Kiwitaxi to travel from Mondello in Sicily to Palermo airport. The driver (Anthony), contacted me directly after booking via WhatsApp to confirm the booking. He arrived on time, was very friendly despite the language barrier. The taxi was immaculate and comfortable. Got me door to door in great time. Absolutely recommend this service.

Cowboys, I have been promised a refund since March 2020 and it still has not appeared in my account after promises it would be. Do not use unless you know your holiday is going to ho ahead.

Driver was terribly rude; avoid

I booked a taxi to take me and my family from CDG to Paris. We had a slight mixup with the driver about where to meet in the terminal. This led to a slight delay, no more than 10 minutes. The driver was furious about this, and he was rude and aggressive. It was ridiculous and frankly a bit frightening. Avoid at all costs.
