No dan factura y no son puntuales

Piden pago en efectivo obligatorio al chofer y no te dan recibo o te dan un papel sin datos fiscales, cuando pides la factura por email te dicen que como has pagado en efectivo no te dan la factura, cuando son ellos los que te obligan a pagar en efectivo. De alguna manera tenemos que justificar ese gasto en las empresas, no les parece ¿¿??\nNo son puntuales, en el traslado de recogida tuve que esperar 40 minutos y en el de vuelta la espera fue de 35 minutos.

Abbiamo prenotato il trasporto a Mosca per l\u0027aeroporto, pagando in anticipo con carta di credito. L\u0027autista non si è mai presentato, nonostante le istruzioni ricevute prevedessero che avesse un cartello con il mio nome sopra. Abbiamo rischiato di perdere l\u0027aereo. Naturalmente nonostante le mie proteste via mail i soldi non mi sono stati rimborsati.
