Terrible service \u0026 a complete rip off!!!

Terrible service - driver not at Almeria airport and when phoned to find out why they said they had no record of the booking. Several calls later then acknowledged the booking and 30mins after booking time we were met by a very grumpy and unfriendly driver. The company have accepted they were at fault on several points with our experience and yet not willing to (part) refund the 61 Euro we were charged for what they advertised as a 30min journey but was in fact only 10min and for which local taxis only charge 20euro. Daylight robbery!!! Never again will we book with these rip off merchants.

I booked an airport transfer from St Petersborg Pulkovo Airport (2210 RUB/38$). 10 days later they sent me a mail stating the following: \n\n\u0022Unfortunately, we will not be able to drive you for 2210 RUB. The new price of the trip will make 4420 RUB.\u0022 \n\nTotally ridiculous!

They rebook your transfer with another agency and than claim their money back.

Kiwitaxi offers ridiculously low rates. Right? How they do it? Let me tell you. You book your transfer at kiwitaxi.com After this kiwitaxi does not send your booking to a physical transfer company, but rebooks it via another airport transfer agency and pay for the service with their card. After your service was carried out by the secondary agencies supplier, kiwitaxi will claim their money back from the card issuer bank - this is called a chargeback. Since it is very difficult to prove that an airport transfer was carried out, kiwitaxi is very likely to win the chargeback and they get your money back. They sell a transfer in Moscow for some 20 euro or so. Although the real price for this at another airport transfer agencies is at least 30 euro, or even more. If you believe in a fair business, DO NOT USE their service ever again.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Pick up guy having coffee and missed us att arrival when all other firms standing in front with name signs. Driver almost fell asleep constantly on journey from DXB to Ras al Khaimah endangering our lives. Then drove to Hilton al hamra instead of Hilton Ras Al Khaimah despite both written and spoken instructions. Had to show him the way despite never been there before. Then they offer me a discount on next travel as compensation..? Avoid at all cost.

Two month Refund delay

Booking straight forward enough but having to cancel due to Covid-19 travel ban the problems began.\nTwo months after we cancelled our bookings we still haven\u0027t our refund.\nThey are dragging their feet and I would think twice before using them again

Dieron un buen servicio. Tanto en la ida como en la vuelta.\nPara viajar del hotel en París a Orly, había mucho tráfico y el coche se retrasó más de media hora. El conductor hizo todo lo que pudo para que llegaramos con tiempo suficiente para coger nuestro vuelo. Muy profesional.\nPero contactar con ellos por telefono me ha costado más de 13 € por que la llamada es a Rusia, así que si usan su servicio eviten llamarles por teléfono..

I was stranded at CDG airport for 45 mind with no help from Kiwitaxi, for an overpriced service to reach 1hr late, despite booking 3days in advance! I landed at CDG and still no driver details. So I called the dispatcher who was v.rude and kept cutting my call. He mismanaged this so much that instead of leaving at 10:45am, I left at 11:30am. He didn’t give me driver’s details or where I should meet the driver. The poor driver himself tried to coordinate, but we had language problems. Also, by then the dispatcher recognized my number and chose to hang up on me. V.unprofessional service.\nNever again!

I made 2 reservations for airport translation. Each time our driver was not be there. We are waiting 45mn each time.

Mixed Experience... Poor resolution to complaint

We had a great transfer from Venice to San Candido at the start of our holiday, with an experienced driver. However the return trip was not so good, inexperienced driver, who didn\u0027t really know where he was going (after his SatNav failed). We only just arrived in time to Venice Marco Polo. We were offered a $10 compensation for at $400 trip. I will be using another service next time simply because of the way they handled our complaint.
