We were very satisfied with the transfer. We used it in Istanbul to get from the airport to our hotel and back. Pick up at the airport was easy and smooth, we were accompanied to our driver who was nice and polite. On the way back to the airport the driver was absolutely on time and against very friendly. The cars were very comfortable and clean.

We booked 2 transfers with them in Istanbul and both times the driver was late without any apology. The first time maybe you could say it was the busy trafic, but the second time he needed to pick us up at 6am on a Sunday morning, and even then he was late without any apology. And the thing was we WhatsApped them to ask them to be in time because we needed to catch our flight. The first rule for taxi/transfers is to be on time. If not, an apology is expected.

I would advise no one to use this company in Paris. I pre-booked a taxi too and from Charles De Gaulle airport to my apartment in mangy le hongre. We arrived at the airport 35 mins late due to a delay.\n\nI did try to call the driver numerous times from the plane when we landed and numerous times from the baggage are to no answer..\n\nI was left stranded in a country late at night that none of us had ever been in before with a 10 year old a 9 year old and a 7 month old baby.\n\nWhen i did speek to control a man called Grigoriy Blakitnyi answered, very arrogant man, had no intentions of helping basically said drivers away won\u0027t be back and you don\u0027t get a refund.\n\nIn Scotland any taxi company would of re sent a taxi!\n\nIn the end we had to go to the taxi rank and waited another 30 mins until a taxi came big enough for 7 of us. So my taxi fare ended up being 197€ because of this company.\n\nWe did manage to get our return transfer but even at that the driver was 30 minutes early before pick up. So if we didn\u0027t see him in the street was he going to just disappear again? And who knows if that\u0027s what happened the first time.\n\nI even got an email today from Olga Tuktarova stating \u0022 if the transfer failed to take place due to the absence of the passenger within the stated time and place, we shall keep the cost of the order. Any losses arising due to non-receipt of the service shall not be reimbursed \u0022 what about the driver not attempting to contact me?\n\nAll in all this problem ruined our weekend away.\n\nWhat i did find out though is anyone wants to know is that UBER is more reliable we used that from our apartment to the disneyparks both days.\n\nI even checked the price from the airport to our apartments its was was even cheaper than getting this Mickey Mouse company.

We booked an airport transfer with a car seat. The driver had no idea how to install the car seat, there were no instructions and no attempt was made to help us. It took us 15 mins to work out how to install it properly and to fix all of its problems. Once we got going, the driver was speeding and using his phone while driving without a hands-free kit. I complained to Kiwitaxi who confirmed that their terms of service had been violated. However, they only offered me a 5 EUR discount on a future booking, which is a bit of an insult given we paid 52 EUR for a 15-min journey.

All\u0027aeroporto di San Pietroburgo l\u0027autista non si è presentato; ho telefonato 2 volte al loro ufficio (costo 24 Euro), una signorina che capiva e parlava malamente inglese mi ha assicurato che lo avrebbero contattato. Dopo oltre mezz\u0027ora di inutile attesa ho dovuto prendere un altro taxi (evitate assolutamente quelli presenti nell\u0027ingresso dell\u0027aeroporto, anche se hanno il cartellino TAXI applicano tariffe da furto) e ho speso una fortuna. Ho contattato poi via mail il loro ufficio, lamentandomi, mi hanno risposto che l\u0027autista per errore ha caricato un\u0027altra persona (???) che andava nella medesima via dell\u0027albergo in cui avrei dovuto andare io e mi offrivano 10 Dollari di sconto sul prossimo transfer....mai più!!!!!!!

Все, кто летит отдыхать в Черногорию, будьте осторожны! Похоже, у них работает только один таксист на всю Черногорию! Если серьёзно, трансфер №1210196 заказывал такси из аэропорта Тиват за два дня! Присылали кучу смс и уведомлений, звонили и уточняли лично, всё ли в силе! И вот настал решающий момент: вылетаем в Тиват в 13:15 и в тот же день в 6:22 приходит сообщение: Не можем выполнить заказ №1210196! Пытаюсь найти замену, но уже мало времени, приходят отказы, звоню в Киви-такси, там мне отвечают, что таксист отказался. Хорошо, говорю, а замену можете найти? НЕТ! Так что, граждане туристы, вылетающие в Черногорию, будьте осторожны! Если у вас трансфер рано утром в аэропорт и таксист забил на вас, альтернатив не будет, спасение утопающих - дело рук самих утопающих! А администрации Киви такси огромный привет! За отдельное вознаграждение могу предоставить точку, где дежурят таксисты в Будве, желающие за 20€ отвезти вас в аэропорт или забрать! Если кадров не хватает!

Dommage qu\u0027on puisse pas mettre 0 étoile... 3h du matin en Espagne, on attend notre chauffeur pendant 30 min, aucune nouvelle on appel l\u0027agence de taxi pour qu\u0027ils nous expliquent comment résoudre notre problème de taxi vu que notre avion était à 1h de route et décollait à 6h30. Le garçon au téléphone, bien endormi nous dit poliment \u0022Le client à annulé aujourd\u0027hui à midi\u0022 (vérification faite avec mon compte, mon mail et mon portable) je n\u0027ai en aucun cas annulé mon transfert, je lui demande une solution il m\u0027a répondu \u0022Je peux pas vous aidez, débrouillez vous\u0022 Merci a une agence local de nous avoir pris à 3h45 du matin...
