These people are dishonest. Avoid at all cost.\nOur driver was stopped by the police at the border from Azerbaijan to Georgia leaving us stranded there. Fortunately, some kind people recognized us from a tour the day before and picked us up to take us over the border where we were able to find alternative transportation. The taxi company\u0027s \u0022quality control\u0022 department then sent us an email to see that we had left with friends! Outrageous.

I booked a transfer with over size luggage, two boxed bicycles, after several emails with the company regarding size of the boxes and the appropriate vehicle. I added a note to my booking advising the luggage was bicycles. The driver arrived and verbally abused me for providing a wrong pick up address ( I provided the address used on the location website). He was loudly shouting and aggressive and refused to take us although I had paid in advance. His van was big enough for our luggage. He also insisted I had not paid and implied I’d need to pay more. A local bystander told me he was swearing at me in Russian. I let the company know what was going on and emailed requesting my money back as service booked was not provided. Absolutely no response from them. I have since discovered the fee they charged me was roughly double what a local taxi would charge. Very unimpressed and obviously suggest you can do better than use this company

Our driver was waiting for us even when our flight was one hour late. Infant car seat was there as requested. Clean beautiful car , our driver was wonderful and so kind towards us and our overtired 4 month baby he found a lullaby to play to help calm her down which helped until we got to the hotel. Italians sure love babies.

Использовала данный сервис в Стамбуле май/июнь для трансфера с аэропорта, и в аэропорт назад. Осталась довольна. Была проблема с тем, что не могла в аэропорту найти человека с табличкой, в силу того, что у меня не очень хорошее зрение, связалась со службой поддержки, сразу же ответили в ту же минуту, нашли меня и провели к машине. Пунктуальные водители. И даже хорошая музыка в машине, вода и вкусняшки. Могу с уверенностью сказать, что буду использовать Вас в дальнейшем, ребята!

Do not use this company!!!!! Myself and my familiy booked a RETURN transfer with them on our recent holiday to majorca, a few days after booking my dad received an email to say that the booking could not be fufiled and a FULL refund was going to be given to us, this was disappointing in itself as we had to then arrange an alternate return transfer with another company. Whist on holiday the MORNING BEFORE we were due to travel home, my dad turned on his roaming data to check details of our transfer with the other company, he had an email from Kiwi giving details of our pick up. He then rang them to tell them there must be some mistake as it had been cancelled to be told it was only the pick up from the airport that had been cancelled and not the return. He was then told he had been charged over 100 euros for the service and there was no way of receiving a refund for this, even though we had given a day\u0027s notice and that the transfer was not needed. At no point did we get told that our return transfer was going ahead, and by them saying that we were getting a full refund, we assumed they meant full and not part!!! There excuse is that the pick up and return transfers had 2 different booking numbers...as obviously we were supposed to know this when we booked it as one booking!!! After several calls and emails to the customer service department they are still unwilling to offer an sort of refund, and think its acceptable to steal over 100 euros for a service they did not provide. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!\n\nUpdate...the company have not not been in contact and have no intentions of resolving this matter. There terms and conditions state that if the transfer is cancelled within 24 hours, a full refund will be given. We contacted the company 24 hours before to tell them we didn\u0027t want the transfer, as we didn\u0027t even know it was still going ahead, and they have still taken over 100 euros, with no intentions of returning it. Scammers!!!

Заказывали с молодым человеком трансфер на Кипре. Водитель кивитакси не захотел искать наш отель несмотря на то что ему был предоставлен адрес и даже геометка расположения отеля. Видимо ему было просто лень объезжать улицу с односторонним движением и искать подъезд к отелю и он высадил нас гед попало. Пришлось искать отель самостоятельно на 30 градусной жаре и с 2 чемоданами. Но это еще не все наши злоключения с этой компанией. За такой недотрансфер с нас содрали на 10 евро больше чем было указано на сайте киви такси. Связался с поддержкой сервиса но они не только не вернули деньги за не выполненный трансфер но даже не смогли внятно объяснить почему фактическая цена трансфера отличается от того что было указано на сайте при бронировании! Никому не рекомендую этот сервис.

Good service. On-time. Used their services in Sochi Russia for group of 19 peoples during World Cup 2018. \n\nThe only thing is their minibus does not have proper luggage area and to be filled in once all the people got on the bus.
