Do not use

James Nurse Опубликовано 16.06.2015

Do not use fast2play, I used to use reguarly however, when codes are invalid they refuse to do anything, even when provided proof.

(Actively highlighting this so someone in the hope that someone will look into my case, live-chat isn't much help either )

Provided me with used keys

Gareth Baber Опубликовано 18.05.2015

I bought 5 keys in one transaction and 2 of them were already used!

When I tried to get replacement or a refund, they threatened me with legal action.

Avoid.

Vorsicht!

Andreas Опубликовано 07.05.2015

Complete scam

A stupid person Опубликовано 08.12.2014

Bought a key, thinking I'd receive it instantly. Instead I got an email saying I needed to 'verify' my order, even though I already paid for it. I contacted their support, but nothing. I was foolish to believe they were 100% legit. After some researching and also reading about the reviews here, my story sounds a lot like the rest of the bad reviews. I didn't get a response from them yet, but if I did, I'm pretty certain they'd ask about my personal information. Also, when I claimed a dispute with paypal I got an immediate email from them, 1 minute after I put in the claim... 'Nuff said. Never again.

TL;DR
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE HONG KONG GOOKS, THEY WON'T SEND YOU A KEY UNLESS YOU GIVE THEM ALL YOUR AND YOUR FAMILIES' PERSONAL INFORMATION. THEY EVEN ASKED MY GRANDMOTHERS BRA SIZE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS !

DO NO USE -

I advise greatly NOT to use this company. I bought a game off them which did not work and for which they would not take responsibility. They claim they provide activation key and if this does not work well then tough?? your fault, your computers fault, steams fault, any ones fault but theirs. Game now bought off professional site. No refund given CON ARTISTS. (scroll down for reviews about them trying to steal your identity i.e passpost photos, etc for fraudulent activities) which in hindsight i should have done before purchasing the game.

Stay away from this website its Honk Kong base company and they are requesting your personal information when you want to get any game and also after you pay

Acceptable documents can be found below:

Driving Licence
ID card
Official letter from a bank, or statement with a visible name and current address of the client
Credit card statement
Other official letters from, for example, Home Office or HM Revenue and Customs
Bills, e.g. Council tax, Telephone, Gas, Electricity or Water bills
Letter from your employer, which shows a full address of the firm

Please put a piece of paper with a handwritten order number on your document and take a photo of them together.

We are aware that this is a troublesome situation for you and we apologize for all inconvenience caused.

Thank you for considering our request.

Patrick

Never ever use these guys.

Never have I been asked for a photograph of my passport and bills in order to purchase a game. I tried to order XCOM Enemy Within for £7. I could not resist the price and i have used other "key" websites before with no issues. This time however.. instead of just receiving the key, I was asked a series of questions. Such as "what is your post code?, What is the first line of your address. after going back and forth by email, they started asking me for my passport and bills. I of course refused and asked for my money back and then.... nothing. complete radio silence.
That is until i opened a dispute on paypal. Then like magic they immediately emailed me back.
They said that if i close the dispute they would give me the key and I would not have to give them anymore information i was uncomfortable with providing them. So i took their word for it and closed the dispute.

Then it all started over again " I need photographic proof of your bills, and passport"
At that point i pretty much just told them to get stuffed and I want my refund. I Will never recommend these scammers. Avoid them like the plague along with any company they are associated with.

Customers Beware. Website and other affiliates (Kingguin)

I placed order thru Paypal and they would not give me keys. Customer service said they required proof of my address and requested documents such as drivers license, tax documents or credit card statements.

I sent them copy of a utility bill (which the also said was accepted). They commenced to playing games saying file I sent was not acceptable and kept fishing for more identification information.

I am assuming they were phishing for personal information so they could then sell to shady characters for identitiy theft.

DO NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. IF YOU MUST TRY TO ORDER FROM THEM, DO SO THRU PAYPAL. BUT BE PREPARED FOR THIS GAME THEY PLAY.
