False advertising.

I have bought The Crew Limited Edition. When I redeemed my code, it unlocked only one of the three packs it should have in the limited edition. This is not the limited edition.\r\n\r\nI want to stress, that the product I purchased is clearly stated and advertised on the website as \u0022Limited Edition\u0022 but I received a \u0022Standard Edition\u0022.\r\n\r\nThe seller offer me 5% discount on my next purchase but this don\u0027t even cover the difference. \r\n\r\nI will not buy again from this seller and I can\u0027t recommend them.

Il me semblait que Fast signifiait rapide, tout comme il me semblait qu\u0027Express delivery signifiait livraison expresse. Il faut croire que chez Fast2play, les mots ont une signification contraire vu que cela fait 2 jours que j\u0027attends ma clef de temps de jeu et que le service client est sponsorisé par les escargots.\r\n\r\nA eviter, mieux vaut payer plus cher sur les autres sites de clefs.

I put in an order on Saturday for some game time, using paypal.\r\nFrom previous experience I know that first orders usually involve having to verify that you really own the paypal account etc, but their website boasts a 30 minute reply time, and 15 online customer reps. So I figured this would go smoothly and I would be able to play soon.\r\n\r\n5 minutes after put in the order, it was put on hold and I was asked in what city I\u0027m currently in etc.\r\nI answered with my info, and waited... and waited... and waited. My friends played the game, and I could just sit there browsing the web.\r\nI went to bed, hoping that I would have the key by the time I woke up.\r\nWhen I woke up I had finally gotten a response, a request for even more info.\r\nThis response came 10 hours after my reply!!\r\n\r\nSo I gave them the requested info, and had to wait an additional 2 and a half hours before I finally got the key.\r\n\r\nSo if you need the key right away, I don\u0027t recommend using these guys. After you have been verified they might be faster, but the promised 30 minute response time was nowhere to be seen.\r\n\r\nThe key I got did work tho, so in the end all is good.

I\u0027m having an overall great experience on this site. Usually they deliver your Keys very quickly. Had some friction with customer care not wanting to give me keys because I bought 4 and they thought I was trying to resell. I myself have not gotten a single not functional key, but I see some people have, so if I do experience that I will update my review

Quick \u0026 cheap but some problems

I ordered 3 games and quickly got a email with the games, however 1 of the games key was already used, so i made a ticket and got a new one, but that one was used to. so now I\u0027m waiting for a new email from them.

I would of said don\u0027t listen to all the negative reviews all due to a single game which being Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls. They\u0027re quite subjective on the topic of a single game, which does not shed perspective on the service of the entire site. Had this issue extended to every single game in their portfolio then it\u0027d be a case for concern.\r\n\r\nI\u0027ve bought several games from this site due to the cheap prices, while the support might be a bit slow compared to the promised 30m wait at times. I\u0027ve not had any major issues with the company per say. The prices are cheap, at times 50% cheaper then from the actual retailer (External link).\r\n\r\nSo I\u0027d recommend the site buuut use Papyal incase things goes to hell so you can claim refund with paypal.

To be honest, I do NOT understand why these todgers here are complaining?\r\n\r\nI have ordered over 30 cd keys from F2P and never have I ever had bad service. Even when it was a mistake up from my side, and accidentally made 2 orders of the same kind and only paid one, i emailed them , and they said it was all good, and they canceled the non paid one without a problem and gave me a kind farewell..\r\n\r\nAlso the delivery is really instant if it says instant delivery.\r\n\r\nOnly had it happen to me one time it took longer then 2 hours.. but big whoop.. The prices are good, the service is quick... So yeah, i can only recommend these guys. which I have already done !
