Habe 2 Titel hintereinander gekauft. Nach Abschluss prüfte ich den Email Eingang und die Keys lagen bereits vor. Das Nachts um 4. Das waren nicht einmal 10 Sek. So macht Keys kaufen einfach Spaß egal um welche Uhrzeit! Daher Perfektes Kauferlebnis. 1a

I ordered 3 games and quickly got a email with the games, however 1 of the games key was already used, so i made a ticket and got a new one, but that one was used to. so now I\u0027m waiting for a new email from them.
Never ever use these guys.

Never have I been asked for a photograph of my passport and bills in order to purchase a game. I tried to order XCOM Enemy Within for £7. I could not resist the price and i have used other \u0022key\u0022 websites before with no issues. This time however.. instead of just receiving the key, I was asked a series of questions. Such as \u0022what is your post code?, What is the first line of your address. after going back and forth by email, they started asking me for my passport and bills. I of course refused and asked for my money back and then.... nothing. complete radio silence. \r\nThat is until i opened a dispute on paypal. Then like magic they immediately emailed me back. \r\nThey said that if i close the dispute they would give me the key and I would not have to give them anymore information i was uncomfortable with providing them. So i took their word for it and closed the dispute.\r\n\r\nThen it all started over again \u0022 I need photographic proof of your bills, and passport\u0022\r\nAt that point i pretty much just told them to get stuffed and I want my refund. I Will never recommend these scammers. Avoid them like the plague along with any company they are associated with.

Ordered a game from them as I found it was much cheaper than anywhere else. It was quick to order and took about 5 to 10 mins for them to sort it out and provide me with a steam key. All in all very happy

I bought a Xbox live subscription but Fast2Play put my order on hold, why 5 stars you say? This is because the email address my account was registered to was different to my paypal address, I contacted them through live chat and they took me through step by step on how to resolve the problem.\r\n\r\nMarta was extremely helpful throughout the process\r\n\r\nGreat security and fantastic customer service :)

I bought Divinity Original sin even after reading the reviews as I felt safe enough with Paypal and the $15 saving compared to steam seemed worth the possible delay that could occur if they messed me around.\r\n\r\nCreated the order and 30 minutes later a steam gift request link came through, clicked the link and accepted the game as a gift and bam it was added to my steam account.\r\n\r\nI know there is a possibility that they could be dodgy in other aspects but my experience went well and I thought I would share!

ok so i read a lot of bad things about fast2play.com however i have purchesd many steam and origin keys from them and on the very rare occasions when things have gone wrong fast2play have resolved the issuse and were very fast in doing so. all keys were recived with in 2 mins and worked this company has to be the best out ther for discount game keys and will continue to use them for as long as thay still going and i can see them being there for a very long time the only negative thing i can think of is the company thay use to prosses credit card payments wanted to much info but that company is a seconed wheel in the prosses and not directly part of the kinguine group so i would advise all payment go via paypal so if you good games a discount price goto fast2play i have managed to buy games for £1 that steam want £15 for you can not beat that kind of value so yes i am a very happy customer

I bought several games from them including franchise packs. The problem with this was that I had too many order over three days - 7/8 orders. I was told that they would simply need an invoice to solve the issue and in about five minutes the problem was solved. A very well organised site and despite negative reviews, they have really shown themselves to be trustworthy and reliable
