I bought a Xbox live subscription but Fast2Play put my order on hold, why 5 stars you say? This is because the email address my account was registered to was different to my paypal address, I contacted them through live chat and they took me through step by step on how to resolve the problem.\r\n\r\nMarta was extremely helpful throughout the process\r\n\r\nGreat security and fantastic customer service :)

I bought Divinity Original sin even after reading the reviews as I felt safe enough with Paypal and the $15 saving compared to steam seemed worth the possible delay that could occur if they messed me around.\r\n\r\nCreated the order and 30 minutes later a steam gift request link came through, clicked the link and accepted the game as a gift and bam it was added to my steam account.\r\n\r\nI know there is a possibility that they could be dodgy in other aspects but my experience went well and I thought I would share!

ok so i read a lot of bad things about fast2play.com however i have purchesd many steam and origin keys from them and on the very rare occasions when things have gone wrong fast2play have resolved the issuse and were very fast in doing so. all keys were recived with in 2 mins and worked this company has to be the best out ther for discount game keys and will continue to use them for as long as thay still going and i can see them being there for a very long time the only negative thing i can think of is the company thay use to prosses credit card payments wanted to much info but that company is a seconed wheel in the prosses and not directly part of the kinguine group so i would advise all payment go via paypal so if you good games a discount price goto fast2play i have managed to buy games for £1 that steam want £15 for you can not beat that kind of value so yes i am a very happy customer

I bought several games from them including franchise packs. The problem with this was that I had too many order over three days - 7/8 orders. I was told that they would simply need an invoice to solve the issue and in about five minutes the problem was solved. A very well organised site and despite negative reviews, they have really shown themselves to be trustworthy and reliable

I placed order thru Paypal and they would not give me keys. Customer service said they required proof of my address and requested documents such as drivers license, tax documents or credit card statements. \r\n\r\nI sent them copy of a utility bill (which the also said was accepted). They commenced to playing games saying file I sent was not acceptable and kept fishing for more identification information.\r\n\r\nI am assuming they were phishing for personal information so they could then sell to shady characters for identitiy theft. \r\n\r\nDO NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. IF YOU MUST TRY TO ORDER FROM THEM, DO SO THRU PAYPAL. BUT BE PREPARED FOR THIS GAME THEY PLAY.

After texting for 8 hours straight they not only didn\u0027t give me the keys, but they also refused to refund me. However Paypal protected me so I only wasted my time.

I just want to state that the site worked for me without any problems. They did not require any identification (except the usual email and billing address) and I received the game code within seconds. The game activated on steam and is currently downloading.\r\n\r\nI just want you to know that as of 05/05/2014 this side does not appear to be a scam\r\n\r\nHave a good day

Got my working steam key at the moment I placed the order. The key was not on a hard to read scan but directly in the mail itself for easy copy and pasting.
