Does not deliver

Do not use this site, they make claims they can't live up to. They claimed "instant delivery" and that they have the game in stock, but it's been couple of days and I haven't received my game or any response at all.

I have bought The Crew Limited Edition. When I redeemed my code, it unlocked only one of the three packs it should have in the limited edition. This is not the limited edition.

I want to stress, that the product I purchased is clearly stated and advertised on the website as "Limited Edition" but I received a "Standard Edition".

The seller offer me 5% discount on my next purchase but this don't even cover the difference.

I will not buy again from this seller and I can't recommend them.

Slow as hell!

Elpheria Опубликовано 01.02.2014

Slow but ok

I put in an order on Saturday for some game time, using paypal.
From previous experience I know that first orders usually involve having to verify that you really own the paypal account etc, but their website boasts a 30 minute reply time, and 15 online customer reps. So I figured this would go smoothly and I would be able to play soon.

5 minutes after put in the order, it was put on hold and I was asked in what city I'm currently in etc.
I answered with my info, and waited... and waited... and waited. My friends played the game, and I could just sit there browsing the web.
I went to bed, hoping that I would have the key by the time I woke up.
When I woke up I had finally gotten a response, a request for even more info.
This response came 10 hours after my reply!!

So I gave them the requested info, and had to wait an additional 2 and a half hours before I finally got the key.

So if you need the key right away, I don't recommend using these guys. After you have been verified they might be faster, but the promised 30 minute response time was nowhere to be seen.

The key I got did work tho, so in the end all is good.

Overall Great Experience, Fast Response

I'm having an overall great experience on this site. Usually they deliver your Keys very quickly. Had some friction with customer care not wanting to give me keys because I bought 4 and they thought I was trying to resell. I myself have not gotten a single not functional key, but I see some people have, so if I do experience that I will update my review

Quick & cheap but some problems
