After texting for 8 hours straight they not only didn\u0027t give me the keys, but they also refused to refund me. However Paypal protected me so I only wasted my time.

I purchased a Black Ops 2 PC steam key from this company and within 24 hours, I received an email saying I needed to send them a picture of my passport even though they had already received their money and the purchase was through Paypal. I then refused, as there should never be a need to do such a thing, and requested a refund. After they refused several times to return my money, they sent me an email saying \u0022Dear Customer, Please send us your order number and Paypal/Moneybookers ID transaction for refund. Thank you for cooperation and sorry for any inconvenience caused.\u0022 Sadly for them, I know how Paypal works, and you NEVER give someone your Paypal ID. All they should need is your email to issue a refund. I then threatened to get Paypal and Visa involved and they promptly returned my money, as expected, using my email. Absolute and ridiculous scam that nobody should have to deal with. Avoid this site in all ways possible.

Pre-ordered Diablo 3 ROS expansion because this site was trusted and recommended, but it was way disappointing. They claimed they sent key before release but got em 22 hours late, customer support does not exist, from time to time they throw a message on facebook page that all is fine.\r\nI don\u0027t recommend anyone buying from here, unless you are a masochistic person. Hope your business will close and all customers gone, shame on you!

This is the worst company I\u0027ve ever dealt with.I pre-ordered Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls, 19 hours passed since the game was relased and there is no sign of my key even tough I pre-ordered the game on 23rd .I tried submiting a ticket to Customer Support, no response after a full day.They gave little to no information about the problems they were having and everyone who pre-ordered was left hanging.\r\n\r\nHorrible experience, will never order from them again.

Simply avoid it!

Fast2Play claims they have 24/7 Support! That was my experience with their support:\r\n-Live Chat\r\nThey claim to have 11 People in \u0022Live Chat\u0022 waiting to help you. I never managed to talk to anyone in this mysterious \u0022Live Chat\u0022. It is like the Cake: A lie!\r\n-30 Min response Time for E-Mail\r\nMy Swissclock told me it was something like 15h! I guess the Clocks in Hongkong work a bit slower than in the Rest of the World:\r\n\r\nAh now that I have mentioned Clocks. I have preordered a game and didnt got my Key before Release. The only thing i\u0027ve ever heard was an impersonal apology as an answer for my \u0022Support Ticket\u0022\r\n\r\nThe real Joke is: If i buy the key after the release 7hours later for 7€ more than the initial Preorder Price, i will receive my key in an instant. It is like they are laughing at our faces!\r\n\r\nDONT PREORDER FROM FAST 2 PLAY!!!!\r\n\r\nIt isnt the FIRST time they failed delivering a Preorder Key! Last time it was the Battlefield 3 release! SO BEWARE!!!!!\r\n\r\n18h after release: i still havent got my PREordered key! EpicFail!

Ich habe einen Presale von Diablo 3 ROS gemacht Liefertermin wäre der 24te gewesen\r\nso das man zum Release hätte spielen könnte, Den ganzen Tag und die halbe Nacht auf den Key gewartet selbst am 25ten war noch nichts von dem Key zu sehen.Es wurde weder auf Ticket noch sonst ein Kontakt mit Fast2play.com war möglich auf \r\nFast2play.de das gleiche .. Ich werde nie wieder etwas bei diesen Anbietern kaufen das ist reine Verarsche man schaue auch bei Facebook. Ich warte jetzt auf mein Geld von Paypal.

Gready pays twice. That what we say! I wanted to save some money buying D3 RoS preorder from this \u0022company\u0022 instead of Blizz. It supposed to be cheper 12 euro or so. Game is released and servers are live however I didn\u0027t get my key yet. I even opened a ticket in customer service for my issue. Slow2play didn\u0027t respond it.

Thay announced my key (pre ordered more than 2 weeks ago) should be delivered yesterday.\r\nCustomer service confirming that, but when midnight come and still no key, they became really quiet and from tehn, just no more reply. I just can\u0027t know if I\u0027ll get my product, or if i\u0027m just totally screw because can\u0027t get pr-ordered game now (with bonuses)\r\nBut they didn\u0027t wait to take my money....

Nuff to said, useless to preorder here.\r\n\r\n- You don\u0027t get the key in time\r\n- They don\u0027t have any logical order, you see people who order the key yestarday have it while people who order the key months ago still waiting.\r\n- Very slow, bad support.

So as you all know ROS came out and many people pre order it F2P website and they said keys will go out March, 24th but that didn\u0027t happened and now 10 hours away from ROS lunch still no keys in mailbox... That\u0027s BS if you ask me. I sent them mail that I won\u0027t full refund for this nonsense.\r\n\r\nEverybody who ask me about them in future will now the truth and I will BEG people not to buy from them anything.
