Bought a key, thinking I\u0027d receive it instantly. Instead I got an email saying I needed to \u0027verify\u0027 my order, even though I already paid for it. I contacted their support, but nothing. I was foolish to believe they were 100% legit. After some researching and also reading about the reviews here, my story sounds a lot like the rest of the bad reviews. I didn\u0027t get a response from them yet, but if I did, I\u0027m pretty certain they\u0027d ask about my personal information. Also, when I claimed a dispute with paypal I got an immediate email from them, 1 minute after I put in the claim... \u0027Nuff said. Never again.\r\n\r\nTL;DR\r\nSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE HONG KONG GOOKS, THEY WON\u0027T SEND YOU A KEY UNLESS YOU GIVE THEM ALL YOUR AND YOUR FAMILIES\u0027 PERSONAL INFORMATION. THEY EVEN ASKED MY GRANDMOTHERS BRA SIZE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS !

I advise greatly NOT to use this company. I bought a game off them which did not work and for which they would not take responsibility. They claim they provide activation key and if this does not work well then tough?? your fault, your computers fault, steams fault, any ones fault but theirs. Game now bought off professional site. No refund given CON ARTISTS. (scroll down for reviews about them trying to steal your identity i.e passpost photos, etc for fraudulent activities) which in hindsight i should have done before purchasing the game.

Stay away from this website its Honk Kong base company and they are requesting your personal information when you want to get any game and also after you pay \r\n\r\nAcceptable documents can be found below:\r\n\r\n Driving Licence\r\n ID card\r\n Official letter from a bank, or statement with a visible name and current address of the client\r\n Credit card statement\r\n Other official letters from, for example, Home Office or HM Revenue and Customs\r\n Bills, e.g. Council tax, Telephone, Gas, Electricity or Water bills\r\n Letter from your employer, which shows a full address of the firm\r\n\r\nPlease put a piece of paper with a handwritten order number on your document and take a photo of them together.\r\n\r\nWe are aware that this is a troublesome situation for you and we apologize for all inconvenience caused.\r\n\r\nThank you for considering our request.\r\n\r\nPatrick

Never have I been asked for a photograph of my passport and bills in order to purchase a game. I tried to order XCOM Enemy Within for £7. I could not resist the price and i have used other \u0022key\u0022 websites before with no issues. This time however.. instead of just receiving the key, I was asked a series of questions. Such as \u0022what is your post code?, What is the first line of your address. after going back and forth by email, they started asking me for my passport and bills. I of course refused and asked for my money back and then.... nothing. complete radio silence. \r\nThat is until i opened a dispute on paypal. Then like magic they immediately emailed me back. \r\nThey said that if i close the dispute they would give me the key and I would not have to give them anymore information i was uncomfortable with providing them. So i took their word for it and closed the dispute.\r\n\r\nThen it all started over again \u0022 I need photographic proof of your bills, and passport\u0022\r\nAt that point i pretty much just told them to get stuffed and I want my refund. I Will never recommend these scammers. Avoid them like the plague along with any company they are associated with.

I placed order thru Paypal and they would not give me keys. Customer service said they required proof of my address and requested documents such as drivers license, tax documents or credit card statements. \r\n\r\nI sent them copy of a utility bill (which the also said was accepted). They commenced to playing games saying file I sent was not acceptable and kept fishing for more identification information.\r\n\r\nI am assuming they were phishing for personal information so they could then sell to shady characters for identitiy theft. \r\n\r\nDO NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. IF YOU MUST TRY TO ORDER FROM THEM, DO SO THRU PAYPAL. BUT BE PREPARED FOR THIS GAME THEY PLAY.

After texting for 8 hours straight they not only didn\u0027t give me the keys, but they also refused to refund me. However Paypal protected me so I only wasted my time.

I purchased a Black Ops 2 PC steam key from this company and within 24 hours, I received an email saying I needed to send them a picture of my passport even though they had already received their money and the purchase was through Paypal. I then refused, as there should never be a need to do such a thing, and requested a refund. After they refused several times to return my money, they sent me an email saying \u0022Dear Customer, Please send us your order number and Paypal/Moneybookers ID transaction for refund. Thank you for cooperation and sorry for any inconvenience caused.\u0022 Sadly for them, I know how Paypal works, and you NEVER give someone your Paypal ID. All they should need is your email to issue a refund. I then threatened to get Paypal and Visa involved and they promptly returned my money, as expected, using my email. Absolute and ridiculous scam that nobody should have to deal with. Avoid this site in all ways possible.

Pre-ordered Diablo 3 ROS expansion because this site was trusted and recommended, but it was way disappointing. They claimed they sent key before release but got em 22 hours late, customer support does not exist, from time to time they throw a message on facebook page that all is fine.\r\nI don\u0027t recommend anyone buying from here, unless you are a masochistic person. Hope your business will close and all customers gone, shame on you!

This is the worst company I\u0027ve ever dealt with.I pre-ordered Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls, 19 hours passed since the game was relased and there is no sign of my key even tough I pre-ordered the game on 23rd .I tried submiting a ticket to Customer Support, no response after a full day.They gave little to no information about the problems they were having and everyone who pre-ordered was left hanging.\r\n\r\nHorrible experience, will never order from them again.

Simply avoid it!

Fast2Play claims they have 24/7 Support! That was my experience with their support:\r\n-Live Chat\r\nThey claim to have 11 People in \u0022Live Chat\u0022 waiting to help you. I never managed to talk to anyone in this mysterious \u0022Live Chat\u0022. It is like the Cake: A lie!\r\n-30 Min response Time for E-Mail\r\nMy Swissclock told me it was something like 15h! I guess the Clocks in Hongkong work a bit slower than in the Rest of the World:\r\n\r\nAh now that I have mentioned Clocks. I have preordered a game and didnt got my Key before Release. The only thing i\u0027ve ever heard was an impersonal apology as an answer for my \u0022Support Ticket\u0022\r\n\r\nThe real Joke is: If i buy the key after the release 7hours later for 7€ more than the initial Preorder Price, i will receive my key in an instant. It is like they are laughing at our faces!\r\n\r\nDONT PREORDER FROM FAST 2 PLAY!!!!\r\n\r\nIt isnt the FIRST time they failed delivering a Preorder Key! Last time it was the Battlefield 3 release! SO BEWARE!!!!!\r\n\r\n18h after release: i still havent got my PREordered key! EpicFail!
