Company changes rules as how its best for they and also back in time. They steals or unpaid you money for trip if they dont want. Help desk isnt works. The price for trips is under profit. I dont recomanding that company. In my case i have unpaid debt aprox 400eur.

Scam of a company, refusing to pay drivers money owed not based in the UK so use this to their advantage as cannot be taken to court in the UK ???

Like similar users I had a service booked with them. Unfortunately due to Coronavirus this had to be cancelled - the driver agreed to cancel the job.\n\nInitially gettransfer agreed to repay, however they are now claiming that they don\u0027t have to refund the money due to force majeure. This is totally incorrect as there are no government restrictions on paying back money and this is not a natural disaster.\n\nTo make matters worse it\u0027s clear that they are withholding the money owed to them from drivers who have provided services in the past. This is disgusting as it jeopardises their income-stream, lives \u0026 livelihoods.\n\nDO NOT EVER USE THEM

From a carrier point of view they charge excessive commission, currently 30% + VAT so 36% if not VAT registered. This raise from 25% previously is counter intuitively intended to mitigate current circumstances. It seems that they are considering from their narrow perspective rather than more widely with the end result that their position will in fact worsen. They have also stopped paying even net amounts due so recommend avoiding at all costs..

I have used get transfer numerous times, paying in advance for my taxi service and never had a problem with them because I never had to make a cancellation. On this occasion however having paid them 169 euros I did have to cancel, one of the two trips was 2 weeks prior to the trip date, the other was due to no fault of my own just a few hours under the 48 hour deadline, due to the flight being cancelled. I contacted them immediately on 16 March and was told there was no problem I would be refunded 126.80 euros. After a week or so they told me that they HAD PAID THE REFUND but it was being held up by the international bank transaction system that they use. Then a week later I was told the payment would be made within 30 days. Then I was told they were no longer making payments because of a Force Majeur clause in their contract....this after having already told me that they had made the refund payment???? Now having read everyone else reviews, I see that the reality is that they have decided to use COVID19 as an excuse to get rich quick and keep all their customers\u0027 money! Shocking! And obviously a company to be avoided in the future!

Book with a reputable company, not this outfit!!!!

Booked a transfer for las Vegas, was told it would be a luxury SUV for the price but got no confirmation 3 weeks before my pick up. 2 days before pickup was due I got an email offering a Toyota Prius (7 years old) or a dodge caravan (10+ years old). Neither was what I asked for so requested a refund as I had already paid, was told it would take up to 28 days, this was mid February and still no refund. DON\u0027T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Gettrasfer ha comunicato che NON pagherà i trasferimenti effettuati nei mesi di Febbraio e Marzo 2020 a causa della situazione pandemica.\nNon si capisce quale sia il problema della situazione pandemica quando GETTRANFER incassa preventivamente il corrispettivo dei servizi effettuati.\nQuindi sta compiendo una azione fraudolenta.\nInoltre se un passeggero dovesse cancellare la corsa, NON vedrà mai più il rimborso (sempre, secondo loro) a causa della situazione pandemica in corso.\nAUTISTI O PASSEGGERI che siate, STATE LONTANI DA GETTRANSFER\nGli autisti non si vedranno pagate le corse\nI passeggeri rischiano di non trovare ne l\u0027auto ne l\u0027autsta prenotato e pagato !!!!

Non fidatevi di questo portale per acquistare i vostri servizi di transfert, la società non paga i fornitori. Rischiate di rimanere senza servizio sia in aeroporto sia in hotel . Diffidate delle tariffe stracciate che fanno.
