OK until they have to make a refund

They seemed very good and, when we had to cancel our transfer agreed, as iper their terms and conditions, to a full refund within 30 days.\nGetting that refund is now proving very challenging as they\u0027re hiding behind gobledigook and clauses about client accounts and force majeur, none of which appeared in the original Ts and Cs.\nMy suspicion is they are an automated service as I\u0027ve just had two phone calls about transfers I hadn\u0027t booked...really odd.\nIs Ekaterina real, or a computer?

A fuir, voleur, profite du covid19 pour ne pas rembourser, alors qu\u0027aucun service a été effectué, j\u0027aurais dû écouter les avis des gens, malgré que j\u0027ai payé avec Paypal, litige rejeté, j\u0027ai mis 1 étoile parce que j\u0027ai pas le choix ou sinon j\u0027aurais mis 0 étoile

They do not pay their registered drivers, sometimes i would get no confirmation/notification of transfer, which affected the level of servcive. Never use, never order, never register to drive for them. Total SCAM

Never use this company. They did not send a car or driver to pick me up. When I sent them proof of text messages and phone calls they now want to offer me a voucher for future use.\nIt took nearly 4 weeks for them to admit that the driver did not turn up but it was down to me to prove I was there and had to document everything before they would believe me.\nI would never use this firm again even with a free voucher. They are a scam and hiding in a fake office in Hong Kong.\n\nBe warned never use this company

llevo mas de 11 email a la compañia porque el conductor nunca aparecio a recogerme, me dijo la compañia que se quedo dormido, les pido la devolucion de coste del servicio y me dicen que no que lo dejan en credito para el futuro, perdon??? si su conductor se murmio y yo tuve que pagar un servicio de taxi por su culpa devuelvanme el dinero, todavia no me han contestado y de esto hace mas de un mes con varios email recordando la sutuacion y sin contestacion. es una estafa

I was advised via email that I would receive a refund for a cancelled journey due to covid19 in March. They are now not refunding any money and tried to tell me that I used the transfer!\n\nLying company that is effectively stealing money. No doubt they will close and reopen under a new name.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! UNRELIABLE !\nYou will not get the money back from this company. I was promised a refund for two transports - but Gettransfer refuses to refund any money - even though they promised to do so.\nDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

Cheap customers book cheap fixed prices on there website without 4* or 5* driver rating, then guess what driver dont turn up.its basically a manoply to capture this market, where they fix prices and then beg the drivers who put nearest offer to perform or keep advertising the jobs until they get the driver, if they dont get the driver they just tell customer driver is not available .shame on customer and company who dont choose reasonable price in covid-19.drivers be careful as well.

Cancelled Booking but No Refund\nWe made a booking #6196692 but had to cancel as overseas trip to Europe was no longer possible. Despite giving more than 3 months notice Gettransfer will not refund the amount paid to our credit card.\nWhen I first cancelled they advised we would get refund in 5-30 days but 5 weeks later there has been no refund.\nThey now advise they are at liberty to change the booking conditions and will hold our money for a further booking. We live on the other side of the world - 2 x 13 hour flights away and being over 70 we may not be able to travel to Europe again.\nIt is totally dishonest to say you will refund a cancelled booking and then hold the money against our will.
